La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es amplio y comodo. Florencias es belleza total

El nulo contacto con los anfitriones. Les enviamos mensajes informando que el microondas no funciona y que el picaporte de una puerta ventana estaba rotó. Nunca contestaron. Pero recibían los mensajes. Además nos enviaban mensajes acerca del horario del check out y del pago de las tasas municipales y demas especificaciones, usando la misma forma de contacto que nosotros: vía booking o por mail.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, so close to everything, also with good public transport options. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. The bathroom is nice with a good shower & plenty of hot water.

There's no doubt the apartment is definitely 'quirky', but we thought this was in a good way. True, there isn't much natural light but plenty of artificial lighting to compensate. Bed was comfortable though the linen & covers didn't seem to fit properly? Finding your way in to the building the first time is a bit tricky but once you know the routine, it really is no problem.

The location is fantastic, just off the Ponte Vecchio. Lots of modern updates we loved like great air con, USB plug outlets and a fab bathroom & shower. Very secure. Pin for building and lockbox for apt key. Host refunded me the city tax when we had a major problem as a good will gesture. .

I really want to love this apt but unfortunately I can't. We paid too much money for what we got. It would take so little to make this apt really fabulous but unfortunately it's not. There are too many things wrong. Door handle to balcony was broken so couldn't lock it. Balcony was filthy and messy. . No way we could sit out there. Dirty mop bucket of water out there and ladder. Not the tranquil area we hoped to sit out on with a coffee when it was raining. Came back one day to my bedside locker all wet. Ceiling was dripping water, pulled back locker and wall behind was all covered in mould. Host apologized for this and refunded the city tax. The apt is lovely decorated but the furnishing as well used and tired. The cushions and rug are dirty.
