1. Great location. Just next to the Ponte Vecchio. 2. Lots of eating places nearby. 3. Within walking distance from most sight seeing places like the Uffizi, Duomo etc. 4. Lift available.
1. No airconditioner in the bedroom. You have to depend on the one in the living room. So it can get a bit warm, especially in summer. 2. Staff was impersonal. We had to wait in the street with our luggage for almost half an hour before we were checked in. You also have to go through an automated phone system to get across to them initially.
