Casa accogliente carina con i servizi necessari, puoi cucinare o andare in trattoria a due passi. Centralissima ottima per spostamenti a piedi nel centro storico e abbastanza comoda.

Tantissima polvere sotto il letto matrimoniale e su un paio di mobili vecchi, ma la colpa non è del proprietario bensì di chi se ne occupa della pulizia. Al climatizzatore andrebbe fatta manutenzione troppa polvere anche lì nello split.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment near the Ponte Vecchio, just 50 meters from the bridge. The location was fantastic, with many tourist attractions within walking distance.

However, there were some downsides. The noise at night was significant since the apartment was close to a main road. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom; it was only available in the living room, which wasn't sufficient to cool the bedroom. Overall, the location is a major plus, but the noise and lack of air conditioning in the bedroom were drawbacks.

Location was perfect.

We were given a key that did not work correctly. The first night of our stay we were stuck outside the apartment at midnight for 40 minutes trying to jiggle the key and unlock the door. I contacted the staff member who checked us in, never responded back. I called the office several times, no answer. I texted the office twice, no response. It was like trying to solve a puzzle trying to get this key to work. We finally accessed the property 40 minutes later and the elevator was not working. We had to then climb 3 levels of stairs. I did not hear back from the team until midday the following day. 12 hours after needing their help. Not to mention - I’m 33 weeks pregnant. It was absolutely not okay, and really impacted the rest of our trip. There is also no air conditioner in the bedroom which makes it extremely hot. We were unable to sleep well all nights we were there due to the heat. There is no airflow through the bedroom, it is stifling. We stayed for 4 days and were left two rolls of toilet paper. We had to go and buy our own when we ran out. One towel each was provided for 4 days.
