Muy bien situado, limpio y la anfitriona muy amable.

El aire acondicionado flojo para las temperaturas que hacían

Konumu çok güzel. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde, temiz. Ev sahibi iyi ve ilgili biri. Kendisi Floransa hakkında bize bilgi verip tavsiyelerde bulundu. Evin yakınında market de var. 4 kişilik bir aile olarak rahat ettik. Araç parkı için yandaki binanın altında ücretli otopark var. (Garage lungarno) Günlüğü 32 Euro.

Klimalar çalışıyordu ancak yeterli değildi.

Host was very welcoming and informative and suggested restaurants in the local area, as we were only there for two nights she recommended the best things to do in a short period of time. Easy to get hold of host when needed. Would stay there again. It in an excellent location close to everything but quiet. Bedrooms were large and had air con which we needed as it was 34degrees when we visited.

Apartment is is a little dated . There is no lounge just a small table in the kitchen which is the only communal area

Nulla della gestione del check-in e check out

Check-in e check out davvero pessimi. Al nostro arrivo, concordato con il proprietario in anticipo sull'orario consueto del check-in solo per lasciare i bagagli, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a individuare la posizione esatta e abbiamo chiamato e scritto molte volte (20 nel complesso in circa mezz'ora), segna ricevere risposta. Siamo riusciti ad accedere all'appartamento solo perché è arrivato personale delle pulizie. Giorno della check out che ci era stato comunicato entro le 12, al mattino siamo usciti e abbiamo fatto rientro presso l'appartamento alle 11:40 ma… Abbiamo trovato già personale delle pulizie che aveva sistemato l'intero appartamento, spostando le nostre cose che non erano ancora state chiuse nei bagagli. Non mi era mai capitato: davvero pessimo.
