Modarno Exclusive Apartments

Location was fantastic and the restaurants we found nearby were exceptional

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, pillows didn’t have protectors on. The rooms felt a little tired and there was no bottle opener.

Very comfortable and the stay was so easy and calming. The host was also very communicative and very eager to help!

The key to open the door never worked and we had to contact the host but she responded after hours and everything worked out!

Great location, hot water, exactly as described, nice and quiet.

The location of this property is absolutely excellent. We could walk everywhere from the apartment, it was extremely close to a well stocked supermarket, restaurants, Pitti Palace is a short walk away, and it was a delight to be literally round the corner from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The bed was very comfortable, bed linen and towels were very clean.

There are several issues with this apartment which we have now highlighted to the owners and provided photos, and if they take some time to carry out the suggested overall maintenance of the apartment, upgrade the shower, kitchen worktops & utensils, some of the furnishings, etc.... the apartment will look more like it does in the promotional photographs. It truly is a perfect location in Florence and we would happily return to this apartment if it did, indeed, have the feel of being "exclusive" as its title suggests.
