La casa di Annalù

Our stay was amazing. The room was super nice, really clean, nice terrace, comfortable bed and spacious for 2 people. The owners also provided a lot of consumables, laundry products, dish washing, shower products, iron, which is kind. The accommodations also provided a book which provided lots of recommendations, and told us about the owners which is sweet. The owner was easy to communicate with via whats app. The location is convenient for places on that side of the Arno river.

It can be a little inconvenient travelling from the train station with suitcases as it is a little bit of a walk, and for other places near there but not too bad. It also would’ve been nice to know how to unlock the door prior to check in as it took us a while to figure it out as we haven’t travelled much around Europe and had difficulties opening that style of lock.

The location is excellent; City Center AND Boboli Gardens in walking distance but out of the busiest tourist areas (South side Arno River). The terrace is super cute.

It is really very small.

La ubicación, limpieza, decoración y lo bien ciudado que estaba el departamento. Amè la terraza.

Que nos enviaron las instrucciones del check in a último momento, falta mejorar la comunicación para no generar un estrés innecesario en los huéspedes. El check out podría ser un poco más tarde. Gracias.
