Room is at the back of a deep building, thus quiet despite the lively street action. Only a few steps up to the hallway where our elevator was located. Location was good, easy to find, a few blocks away from Ponte Vecchio. Laundry across the street — machines were preloaded with soap and wash and dry took only 1 hour. Grocery nearby. Thoughtful owner sent photos with explanations to access apartment.
Despite clear instructions, we put the key in a mailbox instead of the key box outside the apartment door. This was our first time using this key box system and we were very apologetic. Not a good feeling.
