L'appartamento era in un punto strategici vicino al centro di Firenze ed era anche molto carino.
Il materasso della camera era scavato al centro e quindi risultava scomodo dormirci dentro e la vista fuori dalle finestre lasciava molto a desiderare. La tapparella della stanza da letto non rimaneva ferma in posizione a meno che non fosse tutta su o tutta giù.
