Excellent location, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was exceptional communication was always fast, helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described.
The only downside was the air conditioning. During our stay Florence was experiencing a heat wave with temperatures around 37–39°C each day. Although the unit was set to the lowest temperature, it struggled to cool the room effectively, making sleeping quite restless and uncomfortable. I understand the extreme weather was outside the host’s control, but a more powerful air conditioning unit would make a significant difference.

Great location, compact as expected but well laid out. Comfortable and nice to be able to cook a meal, great supermarket Sapori & Dintorni Conad only 1 minute walk away on Via Dei Bardi.
Good initial contact and responses but had to request the access instructions prior to arrival and only received these the day before. If that’s normal they should inform you of this.
Also you have to leave the city tax fees as cash prior to leaving,so bring this with you.

The location of the property was great! The bed was super comfy and the apartment was very clean. Laura was great at communicating with us in terms of check in and check out.
The shower pressure was strange but manageable. Even though there were shutters on the windows the streets were still very loud over night and in the mornings.
