Great location, compact as expected but well laid out. Comfortable and nice to be able to cook a meal, great supermarket Sapori & Dintorni Conad only 1 minute walk away on Via Dei Bardi.
Good initial contact and responses but had to request the access instructions prior to arrival and only received these the day before. If that’s normal they should inform you of this.
Also you have to leave the city tax fees as cash prior to leaving,so bring this with you.

The location of the property was great! The bed was super comfy and the apartment was very clean. Laura was great at communicating with us in terms of check in and check out.
The shower pressure was strange but manageable. Even though there were shutters on the windows the streets were still very loud over night and in the mornings.

location, amenities (missed an iron, though), good to have a fridgeș plenty of restaurants in the area plus Pitti palace within a couple of minutes.
good pillows some soft, so perfect for anyone
the A/C for heating (as was cold in the city) was very noisyș the outside noise (last day was a construction work outside and they started quite early)ș
water pressure at shower was weak (but understandable as 4th floor in an old building)
