Great location for all of the main attractions in Florence. Air con worked really well, bed very comfortable & the lift was very efficient. Also, the host Laura was very helpful, always on hand to help if needed. Small room but all you need as out most of the day. The apartment was very quiet as well. Booked the room with a small terrace but was given one with just a tiny balcony. That was a bit disappointing, so not sure what happened there. Have taken it up either booking.com
The shower is extremely small & not in great shape. Also, the addition of an iron & ironing board would be helpful. Just a suggestion.
