great location, large apartment very well outfitted kitchen with washing machine, large bathroom very friendly host willing to assist him provide fans to cool
only the bedroom had AC air-conditioning owner was very accommodating, providing additional fans during the heat wave that we were in Florence

Location near central district and directly above grocery store.
We ran out of soap and almost ran out of toilet paper. Not a big deal because of the location directly above the grocery store and our relatively long stay (8 days). Very minor things!
