Location was perfect! Very quiet area. Andrea was helpful, kind, accommodating. Very responsive and welcoming. Great host! Apartment was spacious, temperature control ideal which, on hot days was the perfect place to return at the end of the day.

We like everything. It suited our needs and host was above and beyond expectations.

The host was incredibly helpful. We booked last minute & arrived very late in the evening and he kindly met us, helped us park our rental car, showed us how to check in and explained everything about the property. We were super impressed how clean, modern, comfortable and nicely equipped the home was. It was honestly better than staying in a nice hotel for our family - A/C, washer/dryer, stacked tv/movie channels, comfy living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, automatic shutters throughout, shampoo, body wash, coffee, treats, It was the best home rental we had over our two week stay in Europe. The host really cares about the renters' experience and was responsive and communicating with us the entire time of our stay when we needed. I highly recommend this home and will tell our friends abroad about it when they travel to Florence.
