Everything was super clean and very nice and spacious.

Nothing. I was more than satisfied.

The host was incredibly helpful. We booked last minute & arrived very late in the evening and he kindly met us, helped us park our rental car, showed us how to check in and explained everything about the property. We were super impressed how clean, modern, comfortable and nicely equipped the home was. It was honestly better than staying in a nice hotel for our family - A/C, washer/dryer, stacked tv/movie channels, comfy living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, automatic shutters throughout, shampoo, body wash, coffee, treats, It was the best home rental we had over our two week stay in Europe. The host really cares about the renters' experience and was responsive and communicating with us the entire time of our stay when we needed. I highly recommend this home and will tell our friends abroad about it when they travel to Florence.

Комфортная современная квартира. Андреа лично встретил нас, передал ключи, дал второй комплект ключей, что важно ,когда проживает 4 человека. В квартире все очень удобно. Даже стиральная машина с сушкой белья. До центра пешком 30 минут. Остановка трамвая .который довезет и до вокзала ,и до аэропорта, рядом с домом. Андреа был очень внимателен ко всем нашим просьбам. Он вызвал нам такси до вокзала.

Особенности квартиры в том, что окна и балкон выходят в общий двор. Так что шумные компании могут мешать вашему отдыху. Нам повезло с соседями, все было тихо. Такого, что не понравилось, не было.
