Well equipped. All the little extras like water in the fridge, the small things in the pantry etc made all the difference !

location is good, close to the central train station. The apartment's layout is good too. I really do like the fact that the place is pet friendly, and has some dog items in the unit. It is a ground floor apartment and the public transport passes right by the windows, but the noise isn't that bothersome.
The apartment provided extremely small tubes of shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bathroom — about the size of a hand-cream tube. We are a family of five staying for 3 days and 2 nights, and this was clearly insufficient. I had to ask the host for more shampoo.
The host responded that these toiletries were a “COMPLIMENTARY gift” and not expected to be provided, which I found unreasonable. Basic items like SHAMPOO and BODY WASH are standard amenities for short-term stays. I would have had no issue with simple, store-bought products that cost very little.
Overall, the experience made us feel unwelcome and poorly accommodated.

The property was a very good size, very clean and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff were wonderful and welcoming.
