We had a great stay in Florence, Our host (Leonardo) was really helpful in suggestions for our stay.

Size of rooms was great Close to tram station with short journey to town centre Host was attentive and helpful

Excellent host, nice apartment, would stay again

Registration is easy and we just had to provide pictures of passports as is required by law. Leonardo is an excellent host. He met us in the street and was very communicative and informative, He uses Whatsapp. Access to Apt. is up some two flights of stairs and door has a simple key lock. Pictures on Booking.com are accurate Location is good, Supermarket around the corner and Tram stop a couple of long blocks away. The Apt. is spacious and clean. The large beds and the seats are comfortable. All 6 of us slept well. Bedrooms have mirrors. AC works well and is quiet. Apt, seems "friendly" . Bedroom windows give good ventilation and have screens Kitchen is modern and very well equipped, kitchen table seats 6. Recycling bins clearly labeled. Water pressure is good and it gets hot. Bathroom and shower are modern and work well. There are desks in the bedrooms. WiFi is good. Sufficient power plugs. Lighting is OK. At least 2, maybe 3 rooms have suitcase stands,. All rooms had different colored towels, helps in the bathroom. Gellato shop about 1+ block away. Noise from outside is generally low.

This is a residential area, so there are not many restaurants close by, but some good ones a few blocks away. Leonardo has recommendations There is sometimes scraping and thumping noises from upstairs, but it is intermittent There are not 6 seats to watch TV, but its easy to move a kitchen chair in. Only I bathroom for 6 people requires cooperation

Great place to experience Florence as a 'Local'

This is a 5 star stay assuming you want to experience Florence as a local resident would. This is also excellent value for money if you're staying with a larger group. (Say more than 2 people.) Easy walking distance to the local tram, and you can take the tram near where the main tours operate. There are several supermarkets close by. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make you feel welcome and offer assistance where needed. There were lots of nice little touches in the apartment, such as a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, at least for us. No, this is not a 5 star hotel, but 5 star hotels here are expensive, particularly if you are part a larger group. But if you are curious to experience Florence as a local resident does on a daily basis, then this is a great option.

A fantastic apartment to relax in after hectic days exploring Florence

The apartment is in a quiet location with less than a five minute walk to supermarkets and the tram stop for easy access to the city centre. Our host - Leonardo - met us at the tram station to guide us to the apartment and to get us settled in, which was very much appreciated. His local knowledge of restaurants and places to visit was invaluable. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Great apartment with a lot of style and great host!

The apartment is great! It is easy to see that everything is new in it and all the renovations were done with great taste. All the appliances in the kitchen are high quality. I really liked also the fact that you can get into a balcony where you can drink your coffee directly from the kitchen. One of the best apartments i every stayed.

Bellissimo appartamento per un soggiorno a Firenze

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e confortevole. Camere ampie, luminose e ben arredate, letto comodo. Zona non centrale ma tranquilla e ben servita, con la tramvia si arriva in breve tempo alla stazione e nel centro storico. Proprietario molto attento e gentile, ci ha dato molte informazioni utili sui trasporti ed i ristoranti. Siamo stati davvero bene, consigliatissimo!

Un beau séjour!

Très bon emplacement géographique : pratique pour se déplacer, se nourrir et faire des courses; L'appartement est propre et spacieux avec trois belles chambres climatisée et un balcon. La cuisine est super bien équipée et le hôte sympathique.

Un accoglienza davvero inaspettata. Ero in viaggio con un gruppo di amici in occasione di un concerto. Prima di partire da Roma l'host Leonardo mi ha scritto per sapere quando saremo arrivati. È stato estremamente gentile, al punto che ci siamo accordati per modificare l'orario del check in per non rimanere in giro per Firenze con le valigie. Abbiamo trovato una casa davvero pulitissima e ben organizzata. Ogni cosa era al posto giusto e con una atmosfera molto accogliente. Pur essendo un gruppo numeroso siamo stati davvero comodi. Sicuramente torneremo perché la Tina House Florence ci ha fatto sentire a casa. A presto! 😊

La amabilidad de Leonardo es de 10. Le comenté que llegábamos a Florencia antes de lo previsto y nos dejó realizar el check in antes de lo estipulado. El apartamento es enorme, cómodo y con un gusto exquisito. Tiene todo lo necesario y más para pasar unos días agradables y cómodos allí en familia.

Excellent séjour en famille dans un appartement tout confort

Grand appartement avec 3 chambres climatisées. Literie très confortable. Cuisine suréquipée. Idéal avec des enfants et ado. Tram à 2 minutes à pied direct centre et aéroport. L’accueil de Leonardo était extraordinaire ( rarement vu une personne aussi investie dans le bien être de ses locataires ) Grâce à lui le séjour était encore plus réussi !

Soggiorno perfetto per Firenze

Soggiorno stupendo in un appartamento spazioso, ben arredato, dotato di ogni comfort e super attrezzato. La posizione è ideale, vicinissima alla tramvia e al supermercato. Il personale, Leonardo e sua moglie, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili in ogni occasione. Davvero consigliato
