Apartment itself good, however experience ruined by the unhelpful and rude staff
On check in the rubbish and dirty linen from previous guests was still there. Staff then refused to make up the bed in the 3rd bedroom for us, even after we explained that our party of 6 could not share one of the double beds, or only 2 of the bedrooms. Did not answer calls for help, all communication by messages only & rude.

Great apartment, very walkable to main area of town and very clean. A/C works well!
The shower doors are leaky and get water on the floor, they do provide a mop but not ideal for every shower. Other than that everything was great!

Unfortunately, this experience made it hard for us to enjoy our visit to Florence.

We checked into the apartment at 3’clock which was the check in time. However, upon arrival, it was very clear that the apartment was not cleaned and ready for check-in. There was trash everywhere, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, beds were not made, and everything was clearly in array. I reached out to the host and while they were apologetic, the communication was not clear. It was not made clear when the apartment would be ready and what next steps the host would be taking to remedy the situation. After waiting, the cleaners finally arrived an hour later; at which time they advised that it would take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. So we had to leave the apartment for the cleaners to complete their job. Again, my family and I were extremely disappointed because of a tiring day of traveling and we were looking forward to relaxing. However, due to the host’s inability to maintain their agreement, we had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned.
The apartment is basically falling apart. The showers are susceptible to flooding (there is no way to avoid this due to the technical structure of the showers). My family and I could not comfortably take a shower due to our constant concern for flooding. Instead of remedying this situation, the host posted signs in the bathrooms to not use the towels on the ground to clean water and if so extra charges will be made.
It was also clear that the apartment was not fully cleaned. As a reasonable expectation from paying guests. It was clear that there was dust all over the apartment; which was further made apparent by random dust clumps floating on the floor in various parts of the apartment.
On the second night, my nephew noticed that there were several spiders in one of the bedroom beds. Due to this experience, my nephew was not able to have a restful night of sleep which also made it difficult to have a good experience in Italy the next day due to a lack of rest.

The property looked pretty.
The condition of the shower & bathtubs & kitchen faucet. All three are not properly maintained and were not properly installed. The house was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was hair on the floors.

Enjoyed staying in the apartment and getting out and seeing what the city had to offer.
The property was in a good area, within walking distance of all of the main attractions. The property had large open rooms with plenty of space.
The bathrooms were a bit small and needed updating.

Close to the tram line into the city, the colors and decoration of the apartment, comfort of the beds and couch. Entry into the unit was seemless. Some staple items were in unit like coffee, salt, and bottles of water in the fridge. Body wash and hand soap was also provided. Umbrellas were also provided. Discount codes provided for luggage storage and activities
Bathroom by the kitchen needs a handle, can only be closed by gripping a key. The flooring could be replaced, signs of previous flooding. No trash disposal on site or instructions about recycling or trash days. Discount codes provided day of travel.

The house was beautiful but very dirty toilets, and everything was falling off. The bathrooms had mold and dark stuff around. The entrance stair was very flimsy and not sturdy especially for my elderly parents.

Heerlijk verblijf
Een mooie, ruime locatie tegen het centrum aan. Veel op loopafstand en goed vanaf het vliegveld te bereiken. De kamers waren ruim en netjes. Aan de badkamer mag wel iets gedaan worden.
De badkamers. De ene mist een douchedeur en daar hangt nu een gordijntje. In de ander is er een ligbad, maar als je doucht, dan ligt de vloer onder.

호스트가 친절하고 빠르게 응답했으며, 추워서 난방 요청했을 시 직접 방문해주셔서 난방 시스템 봐주셔서 감동이었습니다. 세탁기와 식기세척기를 사용할 수 있어서 유용했습니다. 콘센트가 다른것을 대비하여 멀티아답터도 많이 구비되어 있어 세심한 친절함에 감동이었습니다. 전반적인 집 분위기가 아늑하였으며, 와인에 진심인 호스트라 웰컴 와인도 제공 해주었고 와인포스터도 인상적이었습니다.
숙소가 2층에 위치하는데, 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어와 무거운 짐을 옮기는 것이 힘들었습니다.
화장실 문 잠금장치가 특이하여 화장실, 욕실 안에서 문이 안열려 당황스러울 때가 많았습니다.
욕실이 2곳 인데 샤워 시 물이 많이 튀었습니다.
분리수거를 직접하고 check out 해야 하는데 분리수거 하는 곳 위치가 멀어서 힘들었습니다.

Espacioso y muy buena ubicación.
La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca del duomo y con parada de tranvía cerca para accesos a aeropuerto.
El piso es amplio y espacioso. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida y es de agradecer.
Los baños. Uno es muy pequeño y la puerta se atascaba. En el otro la mampara no ajustaba bien y se salía el agua al abrirla para salir.

Perfeckte Lage, sauber, bequeme Betten/ leider kleine alte Badezimmer.
Die Lage war perfeckt. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben leider übersehen, dass ein Zimmer für 4 Personnen war. Wir sind zu 8 gereist. Die Wohnung sehr schön ausgestattet.
Badezimmer waren hier auf jeden Fall die schwach Stelle. 2 aber sehr klein und ein konnte man nicht abschliessen, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir am meisten nur das eine genützt haben. Die Trennwand bei der Dusche war sehr undicht, der Boden nach dem Duschen war immer sehr nass. Lange nicht renoviert. Sehr komplieziertes Einchecken. Alle personal Daten plus 3 mal Foto von jedem Gast. Für 8 Personen dauerte das sehr lange. Dazu musste die Internetverbindung gut sein sonst fängst du wieder von vorne. Ich war richtig froh dass es zum Schluss geklappt hat.
