Service was excellent. Rontej was very good in communication and went above and beyond with any special requests we had. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Florence.

A few suggestions - guests should have soap/ shampoo/conditioner . Also 2 towels for each guest and more than 1 hairdryer. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable.
