Comfortable and good location, could have better sound proofing.

Well equipped apartments with great location. We had everything we needed and it’s amazing for traveling with kids. We took 2 apartments and in both we had 2 bathrooms that it was great! Highly recommended

No mosquito screens and dark. There were two mosquito repellent plugs in the walls, but after finding three buzzing around as soon as we arrived, we had to keep all of our windows closed.

A beautiful and happy stay

The building , the court , the garden and our apartment are all beautiful , well equipped with everything you need. The owner was very elegant and helpful. The location is very safe, and very central. It's an area surrounded by elegant historical bakeries and bars.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment — we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pietrapiana Boutique Apartments! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. The apartment itself was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the little balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was just a very light water smell sometimes after flushing the toilet, but it was minor and didn’t affect our stay at all. We truly can’t wait to come back and stay here again on our next visit to Florence

Superb location and well appointed facilities. Bed was comfortable.

There was some noise from neighbouring apartments and only shutters available in the bedroom window. As the courtyard lights were on all night this meant the bedroom was not very dark and not what we are used to.

Comfortable beds and linen, well setup kitchen with hobs and microwave. Very communicative staff. Happy to provide changes of towels. Great location, central but not too crowded. Easy walk from train station

The apartment that we stayed on was the Arno apartment.I could not recommend this property enough.The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything that we needed in detail.It was beautifully furnished and it felt like home.It had a small inside backyard that was beautifully made and felt really cozy.The location was top.Everything you could visit in Florence or every restaurant that is famous was like a 5-10 min walk.Our stay was impeccable.The property provided even luggage storage the day of our check out.The check in process was also really easy and smooth.Just book the place!

Another pleasant stay!

This is my second time stay already. My first time stay was three years ago with my friend and it was fabulous! So for the travel with my parents this year I decided to choose this apartment again. We booked a two bedrooms & two bathroom apartment this time and it was equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen and living room was so spacious and bright. Bedrooms have really comfy beds and sheets. Especially the cleanness is so good here which I value the most. Bathrooms were so clean and shower was great. In the kitchen it was also some coffee powder provided as well as olive oil and vinegar.

Almost everything is perfect, just two minor suggestions： -Maybe more storage place for bathroom like a shelf or a drawer would be great and two hairdryers (each for one bathroom) would make it perfect！ -The dining table is for us a little small, especially if you cook several dishes. Maybe a bigger one would be nice for family travelers.

Pictures don't lie

This is a very spacious apartment. It was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. It wasn't difficult to find but it is a good distance away from the train station. Feels even longer when you're pulling your luggage behind you. Check-in was easy, as there was someone waiting at the lobby for us. All rooms looked like they did in the pictures so there no surprises there. The bathrooms were clean and fully equipped with essentials. Would stay here again.

Cozy and very clean accommodation. Located in a nice area, with many restaurants, stores and other facilities near by. Just a 10 min walk to the city center and all main attractions. Place had a very nice and cozy interior garden that we have enjoyed in the evenings, when it was cooler outside. Easy self check-in and responsive host.

A wonderful apartment in one of the world’s great cities

Great location. Starter coffee (Bialetti) provided. Water and ice in the fridge. Steps from a grocery store and steps from one of Florence’s best patisseries.

We pre-arranged a taxi with our host on departure day and they did not show up. We have stayed here before and the taxi arrangements worked perfectly. We suggest you have a Plan B (Uber) in mind if the taxi doesn’t show in order to mitigate stress/worry. Unfortunately, Uber is very expensive, so be prepared.

Wonderful apartment!

This was the perfect apartment for us! The location was walking distance from everywhere we went (Uffizi, Academia, train station), there were plenty of restaurants nearby, the courtyard was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. We visited during a very hot month and the AC worked very well! It was so wonderful, after a long day of sightseeing, to come home to a comfortable and very cool apartment.

Pietrapiana Boutique Apartments was an ideal home base for my solo trip to Florence. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt completely safe and welcoming. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, great air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like the well-stocked kitchenette. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, and all the best neighborhoods, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. Self check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay

Pretty much great, but the loud practice music blaring all day was not great.

Very clean, comfortable, and large room. Centrally located and easy to get around the City.

There is a music teacher operating in the adjacent room. All day you can hear loud piano and other instruments practicing.

Good location, nicely decorated, lacks of room cleaning is the only "meh" we have.

Communications are fast, auto check in was easy. The place is tastefully decorated and location is great.

We stayed 3 nights and there were no room clean up. It was something we expected, unfortunately during booking we didn't noticed/ recalled reading seeing that under facilities. For example, we bought pizza, wine back and would love to at least wash the cups for future use. We are not able to do that, and have to thankfully we has brought along trash bags to use for throwing trash out.

Swell spot in convenient location!

Florence is teaming with tourists - our garden level apartment was a lovely respite! Enjoyed going to the neighborhood grocery store and eating some of our meals in the courtyard. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Basic kitchen. 👍👍👍🇮🇹

The location was good. Just enough out of the way of the crowds, but still convenient to everything. We really appreciated having the living area and kitchen as we had some very rainy days in Florence. It was wonderful to have the quiet escape.
