Palazzo Anselmi by Halldis

Excellent location, spacious, clean, air conditioned, with many amenities. Kitchen fully equipped, two very clean and spacious bathrooms. Host very responsive. Wonderful holiday in Firenze!

Nothing to dislike, all was very good

Ev oldukça merkezi bir konumda, bu bizim tatilimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Yürüyerek her yere gidebildik. Ev oldukça temizdi. İhtiyacımız olan tüm temizlik malzemeleri, mutfak eşyaları vardı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, teşekkür ediyoruz

La ubicación era increíble, con vistas a la Cúpula del Duomo, los ambientes amplios y agradables; y el personal muy atento, nos solucionaron con rapidez los inconvenientes. Nos encantaría volver!

Location to centre. Very spacious. Good kitchen appliances.

1 Nightclub downstairs and another nearby and was very noisy from midnight to 6am. Groups of young people drinking on the doorstep most evenings. We were given wet towels on day 1 and again two days later and was rectified 4 days later, 2 days before we left Requested a cot at booking and didn’t get it on arrival and had mad panic to get it. Had to pay cash up front before they would bring it. Dead mosquitoes on the walls and sheets with blood stains. No dish soap, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, tea towel and very little toiletries (soap and toilet paper). Very poor communication. Had 3 different numbers to speak with and got frosty reception when calling the ‘wrong’ number for support. Have not given a poor review like this ever on booking.com. Very disappointing.
