Es precioso, buena ubicación
Taza del inodoro suelta, cama superior un poco inestable, no tiene check in automático y la gestión no nos resulto cómoda. Pero aun así es muy recomendable. Ojo no hay ascensor

It's a huge apartment which very comfortably fit my family of 5. I loved the quirky florentine interior design.
It's only a minor note but it would be useful if the apartment provided some coffee pods or ground coffee to make espresso in the morning and maybe some salt and pepper and a tea towel to help with the cooking and cleaning up. It also wasn't clear where the bins were or how to access them. Also the second door in is very difficult to unlock with the key. Not sure if it's sticky or if there's anything you can do for it but it made us a little bit nervous so we left it ajar just in case we couldn't get back in.

Location is fantastic. Easy to get to and short walk to many places to visit. The operator was responsive on WhatsApp but took some time to physically respond.
Florence had a heat wave and the air conditioning did little to cool down the apartment. The dishwasher also leaked. It was reported but not fixed during our stay. Perhaps a bigger deal than a simple fix. The air conditioning or lack thereof was by far the biggest complaint.
