A wonderful accommodation I would recommend to anyone, we are lucky to have experienced it.

This might have been the best booking/accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was fantastic, so spacious. So much room for storage and for staying organized and clean but also while living out of a suitcase. It is absolutely perfectly located in Firenze. Our host shared so many wonderful recommendations and took the time to review a map with us upon checkin. The communication was spectacular and so were the directions. Our stay in Florence was made better because of this accommodation. I would 10/10 recommend this to any of my friends and family. The sq ft for the $ is unbeatable.

Hard to think of anything to not like! The only small downside was that There was some construction next door but it wasn’t too much of a bother, and our host wouldn’t be able to control that!

Very nice location in a beautiful building

If you’re looking for a place to stay that feels historic in a central location, you may have found your place! If you are travelers used to having a lot of of amenities in your apartment this place may not be for you. The downstairs bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice.

The guests who stay upstairs will be very cozy with each other. The first bedroom is located right next to a very steep and narrow, winding staircase. The guest that had to stay in that bedroom. We’re both women over the age of 70 and they were terrified that they might forget about the steps that had no guard rail coming out of the bedroom and fall to their death. I know this sounds like an exaggeration two younger people, but this is how they felt, and they were upset that that was where they were going to be sleeping. There was nothing I could do about that. The decision had been made to stay there. The second bedroom upstairs had a bathroom in it and so the older guest had to come through the second bedroom to get to the guest bathroom. This was also something that the guest felt uncomfortable with. I went back and looked at the listing, and I couldn’t see the description where it said that they would have to walk through the bedroom to use the upstairs bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Ksenia was delightful! Big area, high ceilings and adequately supplied with coffee, sugar, water…great to have access to an elevator. Amazing location— quiet but central to everything.

Pillows were brick hard…they could help a lot by getting soft, fluffy pillows!

Wonderful and unique apartment. Loved the location; a quiet street in the Santa Croce neighborhood, one of the best in Florence. And the manager, Ksenia, was great! Very responsive, informative and helpful.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the historic centre of Florence

Location was superb, the property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay in Florence we would happily return and thank you Ksenia for all your advice and assistance during our stay.

Would have preferred to regulate the temperature settings ourselves rather than having to contact Ksenia but this was a minor issue

Great location! Beautiful large room , high ceilings, excellent bathrooms and fantastic living room/ dining room/ kitchen ! Couldn’t have selected a better place to stay. Ksenia the manager was very professional and explained in great detail everything about the 15th. Century Palace. She attended to all our needs ever so quickly. If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence and you are two couples I would definitely recommend this property!

Great location, unique ambiance, professional management, great host!

We were very fortunate to be able to spend a few days in this beautiful palazzo. If it were possible to give it a 10+, I would gladly do so. The location, the historic building, the high ceilings and windows, the spacious rooms, the patio - all these create an absolutely unique ambiance of this place. We appreciated the attention of the owner of the palazzo to the guests which is expressed in the fact that in the palazzo for guests prepared absolutely everything that may be needed to feel at home including such pleasant little things as sets of bath accessories Bulgari or hair dryers Dyson. We would especially like to mention the excellent work of the palazzo managers Ksenia and Oksana. From the first minute we arrived to the final minute when we regretfully had to leave the palazzo, Ksenia was in touch with us and always ready to give us answers to our questions. Our family of six (parents and four adult children) were perfectly accommodated in the “Valentina” apartments. I have already mentioned the wonderful location of the palazzo. We traveled by car and left the car in the parking lot that Ksenia recommended to us which was literally around the corner - a five minute walk from the palazzo. We all have the best memories of our stay at the palazzo and will definitely only stay here when we come to Florence again.

The proper Firenze experience.

Amazing apartment. Great host. Location is top top.

Air conditioning was on a timer and set to extreme cold. I suggest just leaving the remote controls with the guests and letting them decide. It woke me up at 4am a couple of times due the air conditioner turning on automatically (after I switched it off) and blasting ice cold air at me.

exceptionally good place to stay

The Operations Manager, Ksenia was so efficient, kind, helpful and warm. I stayed there with my sister for a week and both of us were so satisfied with this holiday. The palazzo was huge, beautiful, and comfortable. The host controlled the air-conditioning(remote control by her) and she always asked us how the temperature was. Each room has it and there was no problem about the black out in the apartment during our stay. The building was amazing and Ksenia explained the history about it. It was so impressive. There was a courtyard which has beautiful fresco on the wall and the palazzo was quiet although the location was in the historic area near Basilica di Santa Croce. She introduced a few restaurants, bakery and supermarket nearby. We tried everything and they are all good. Her instruction incl. the location of bus stop so on was accurate with photos and her words were trustworthy. I`ve never met such a good host in the past. She also called a taxi the day checking out and she came to see us to make sure the taxi arrived and sent us off kindly. There is a couple of things to request to the accommodation if I may... It might be useful to have a laundry drying rack to hang our clothes after wash because most of ours didn`t need the dryer, just needed them to dry. Another request is a microwave. There was an oven however it might be useful especially when we bought some tasty food from deli (we just need to warm them up). I recommend this beautiful palazzo to my friends and other people who will go to Firenze, moreover we would like to come back there again when we visit Firenze in the future.

I already mentioned it in my review. It might be useful to have a laundry drying rack and a microwave to heat up the food.

Our time at Palazzo Roselli Cecconi was fantastic. It’s in an ideal spot, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and stores. The building itself is historic and charming, and our room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. The host Ksenia was always friendly and helpful, making our arrival, stay, and check-in very smooth.

A stunning place to stay in a beautiful city. Bellissima!!

Ksenia met us with a smile to hand over the keys, although we were much later than expected, and was absolutely lovely to deal with. Her hints and tips about the city were invaluable, as was her continued assistance throughout the holiday, by WhatsApp! The apartment was stunning and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the palazzo, we were amazed. From the smell of the perfume shop drifting up the stairs in the morning and the beautiful sunlit courtyard with the swifts flying overhead, to the vaulted ceilings and antique furniture inside the apartment itself. The photos just do not do it justice. And it is in such a quiet street which is just a short walk to the city centre in one direction, and the river in the other - such a perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

It was magical and as advertised. Very centrally located a true 15th century Palazzo. The host Ksenia was delightful and attentive to our needs even when there was a taxi shortage due to multiple city events simultaneously happening. Many restaurants nearby one better than the next. Wonderful sandwich shops that were magnificent and huge one was plenty for two people and easy to take with you when train hoping from city to city.

Authentic florence experience to stay in this once Palatial Estate.

The space in the apartment for my family worked very well. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and the unit had a Washing machine and a separate dryer! Ksenia, our host was amazing. She gave us an information page on attractions with hours descriptions with a map of the city. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. She was always available by "what's app" which was helpful. A great place to stay while you explore Florence.

I did not understand that there was a perfume shop in the building. We have a family member who is highly reactive to fragrance and scents and they had to take their medication. We also removed the air fresheners in the rooms as best we could.

A perfect stay in a perfect location!

The apartment is just beautiful. You truly feel like you’re staying in a palace. It’s spacious and well lit with everything you may need for a short or long stay. The location is great and easy to walk to all of the popular attractions. Bonus - there is one of the famous wine windows right outside and there was rarely a line.

Amazing apartment in great location.

Loved the ambiance and romantic feel of the 2 level apartment. Every detail was catered for, fully equipped with everything you need. Super clean , nice furniture and totally comfortable. Incredible place with lots of room . Amazing living room space with plenty of seating. Big tv to relax and watch a movie after touring . Very comfortable beds . Great kitchen . Great communication from Ksenia.

Wonderful!

The location was perfect. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. There were also great restaurants and cafes nearby and a large grocery store around the corner. The apartment was very cozy and very spacious at the same time. The host contacted us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything, which was very nice. Ksenia, who met us was very kind and informative, giving us great recommendations and even offering to get us a taxi for our departure. She is truly amazing! The apartment is absolutely stunning and Ksenia is a fantastic host. It's a traditional 15th century palazzo, with 8 meter ceilings and a gorgeous courtyard. There's also an incredible perfume shop on the ground floor. The apartment is just a 5min walk to Palazzo Vecchio, so walking around is very easy.

The location was very central to a lot of attractions. It was very secure and private. Large apartment with full kitchen. Comfortable area to sit besides just a bed. Two couches and a dining room table with TV and internet.
