Santa Croce Charming Apartment

Location was great the air conditioning worked great.

One room wasn’t behind the main doors the only room that had a tv was a sofa bed the coffee maker didn’t have pods that fit the pillows were too flat.

La localisation, le calme, la propreté du logement

Nous avions vu dans le descriptif la présence d’un lave-vaisselle qui n’était finalement pas présent. Les explications fournies n’ont pas été satisfaisantes.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The place is very charming and has such a medieval, authentic Florentine atmosphere. You have to go through several gates to reach the apartment, but once you arrive, it is worth it. The apartment itself is comfortable, and very well equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Stefan, who was very pleasant and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait when we arrived, but overall everything was very smooth and enjoyable. The location is truly astonishing, you could hardly ask for a better one in Florence. It is right in the middle of everything, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. When I travel, I really value being able to explore on foot, and this location was perfect for that. We were a group of five, two adults and three children, including two teenagers, and we all had a great time. The apartment was comfortable for our family. There is a separate room, with a different key, for more kids could be complicated. Our only small suggestion would be to provide a corkscrew. We bought a bottle of wine and realized there wasn’t one in the apartment, so we had to improvise to open it! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to experience Florence.

Comfy beds. Not too hard. Slept well. Host was very pleasant. He met us and brought us into the apartment. Quiet area.

TV did not work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Ran out of toilet paper during the night. No extra in the apartment.
