The location couldn't be better! It's just a short walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring Florence. I would also like to commend Riccardo, the owner. He was incredibly pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always happy to offer assistance and local recommendations. His hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location, host very informative about local area and good communication .
Kitchen dated, no oven - work top could do with being replaced. Two bedroom air cons excessively noisy making for poor sleep along with terrible pillows and linens and drunken noise until early hours which is not necessarily the fault of property but should be considered on booking
