Excellent location within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Spacious layout with a large living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, perfect for families who want both shared and private space.
All appliances worked well, and the brand-new air conditioners kept every room comfortable.
The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy sunset drinks.
Riccardo was a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and naturally charming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Nothing significant to note. The apartment met or exceeded all expectations.

Great location
The air conditioning was very loud and was either really cold or not very powerful

Perfect location for exploring Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. Staff were welcoming and helpful both before and during our stay. We would rebook without hesitation.

the location was fantastic. a great supermarket just across the little street.
the a/c in both bedrooms was so noisy could not use at all during the night. the apartment is very tired but location is fantastic. washing machine was a bonus but take your own laundry sheets. any little extras in the kitchen have been left from previous guests. no water or any little welcome necessities left for arrival.
