Absolutely loved the apartment. We had little problem on Sunday evening but it was dealt with within an hour. Amazing stuff although I didn’t manage to see any of them personally to say thank you, but it was ok because all was just perfect. Florence is beautiful and we will come back 😊

Very close to main sites, restaurants streets and such as galleries uffizi and museum of David. Easy to walk around and get to the train by walking.

The staff especially Suzanne were amazing and went over and above to ensure your stay was the best it could be. The apartment was spacious, clean and centrally located. The apartment is nicer than the photos.

AC was not working. Very unresponsive host. No alternative arrangements were made except being asked to sleep in the kitchen/dining/living room since bedroom AC was not working.
