Spacious and light apartment with all the facilities you would need for a self catering stay. The aircon was amazing. Suzanne made the dtay for me as she was helpful and patient with all my questions and very informative, thank you Suzanne.

Location was great and I liked the two separate bedrooms. Air conditioning worked well.
The WiFi was very poor. Only worked when you stood next to the router. The property could have been more clean (floors, bathroom).

Perfect location just walking distance to all the places we wanted to go
Suzanna was incredible with the information about anything we wanted to do from Winery in Tuscany to the best breakfast place Thankyou
It was great to have a lift, even though it was really small
The narrow stairs to our apartment, glad we had only carry on luggage

Excellent location , really close to Piazza Della Signoria, large and spacious apartment
The AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and in the other bedroom, AC was regulated which meant it kept shutting off every 20 min …with the weather being warm , it was really difficult to sleep
