BorgoDeGreci Apartments

The location was excellent. It was well presented and clean. The host was available if we needed. She graciously gave us her umbrella when we had an unexpected downpour . Thank you

I knew this host had more than one property so I specifically requested the one with balcony, lift and washing machine. I was disappointed upon arrival to see 2 flights of stairs, no balcony and a shared washing machine with another guest. The host said she hadn’t seen that request but I did show her a photocopy of my booking with this request. With the pictures of the room I thought I had booked. She apologised and couldn’t do anything because they were all booked. In the end not so bad. Florence is too beautiful to worry about it. I will suggest that they advertise each apartment separately so you know what you are signing up for without confusion.

Brilliantly placed appartment right in the middle of the historical center in Florence. The place is big, has a very charming-tuscan vibe and has every ammenity a group like ours needed. The best part? While it sits in a place filled with big crowds and tons of loud tourists/parties, it is incredibly well isolated, so you don't hear them that much! To top it all, the lady in the reception was super kind, attentive and informative (plus check in process is quite straightforward and painless).

This is a minor caveat as this was already kind-of visible in other peoples reviews but the mini-elevator was practically useless and having to walk with a pregnant woman 2 stories was a bit complicated. Also, the price is a bit elevated in comparison to other places in the area.

Loved the location and the kitchen was very miss

Hated the very very narrow stairs up to the bedroom. If we had known this in advance we would not have booked here

its location is best

AC was not working. Very unresponsive host. No alternative arrangements were made except being asked to sleep in the kitchen/dining/living room since bedroom AC was not working.
