"It’s very convenient to pick up the keys from the key box. However, it would be great if each key had a label indicating which door it belongs to. Just a small suggestion!"

The apartment was perfect for seeing Florence and convenient for stopping in during the day for a refresh.
We found the bed too hard for our liking and we couldn’t get the WiFi to work very well so any bookings and communication was difficult during our stay. We had some success with our data while leaving phone on the window ledge and using it as a hotspot.

Location and distribution of the apartment.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. No internet service.

Location
Very dirty. There was an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Only gave us one toilet roll for the entire 4 nights. Pillow case had a stain. We checked in at 3 but the cleaner was still cleaning until almost 4.
