Erittäin hyvä sijainti, siisti ja viihtyisä huoneisto, hyvä varustelu keittiössä.

Vaikea päästä asuntoon, kolme eri avainta ennen kuin sisällä. Vain yhdet avaimet, kolme asukasta, olisi voinut olla ainakin kahdet avaimet. WC- paperia 3 rullaa vain kolmelle hengelle 5 päivää, loppui heti, ei missään lisää. Ilmastointi riittämätön olohuoneessa, makuuhuoneessa ok. Tullessa sai kuvan että matkalaukut voi hakea lähtöpäivänä myöhemmin asunnosta, ei voinut, olisi voinut jättää 2,5 km päähän toimistoon selvisi vika päivä kun kyseltiin perään.

Excellent location in the heart of Florence, within walking distance of the main attractions. The apartment has a fresh, modern renovation and looks exactly like the photos.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring us to complete numerous confusing forms before arrival. The instructions for collecting the keys were also inaccurate and did not match the actual location, which made the check-in frustrating. The biggest issue, however, was that there were bed bugs in the bed. One of the guests was bitten multiple times during the stay. We immediately informed the host and asked for assistance, but there was no meaningful response, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no compensation or alternative solution was offered. This completely ruined our experience and is something future guests should be aware of.

Location

Very dirty. There was an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Only gave us one toilet roll for the entire 4 nights. Pillow case had a stain. We checked in at 3 but the cleaner was still cleaning until almost 4.
