Amplitud, iluminación, la ubicación y decoración. Nos permitieron hacer el check in un poco antes. La atención del anfitrión fue muy buena, nos respondieron de forma rápida

Al inicio las instrucciones de ingreso fueron un poco complejas de entender. No tenía espejo de cuerpo completo. Tomar en consideración que los huéspedes se den en organizar para ducharse con agua caliente, ya que esta se acaba y hay que esperar un tiempo para volver a utilizarla. Se escuchan los pasos del alojamiento de arriba.

The apartment was beautiful! It was very nice, clean and in a great location. It had some decorations that made it feel like a home.

Towels were not supplied for the bidet or kitchen. A couple hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would have been nice (there was only a bar for a hand towel and a towel warming rack for bath towels). We had to use hand towels for the bidet and hang them on the warming rack after using them. Also, paper towels and facial tissue would be nice to have. In case of a spill there is only toilet paper to wipe up with. We tried to communicate with the Mamo team about a couple of issues during our stay and they did not return our calls or email. Once we were in the apartment there was no communication.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre ville. Appartement refait récemment. Il est moderne, avec une décoration sobre et soignée. L’équipe disponible et réactive via whatsapp.

Location

Very dirty. There was an unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Only gave us one toilet roll for the entire 4 nights. Pillow case had a stain. We checked in at 3 but the cleaner was still cleaning until almost 4.
