La situation géographique est très bien placée, le calme, la climatisation, la sécurisation de la porte d'entrée et le hall d'entrée. La vue est intéressante et dégagée. Une décoration sympa.
La description de la position de la boîte à clef pour entrer dans l'appartement n'est pas claire, puisqu'il faut monter au dernier étage et non au quatrième étage pour entrer dans l'appartement. Pas assez de vaisselles dans l'inventaire. la seconde chambre manque d'aménagements, le lit d'appoint n'est pas du tout confortable. L'absence de réponse du propriétaire une fois dans l'appartement. Pas de consigne sur la gestion des déchets.

Amazing location, perfect for all of central Firenze, easy walk to and from the train station, AC worked well in a heatwave, convenient to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, great views of Santa Croce, Palazzo Vecchio, Pizzale Michelangelo and even a glimpse of the Duomo, quiet apartment on the top floor.

The view was phenomenal!! Beds were pretty comfortable and A/C worked well once we figured out the thermostat.
We had to fill out all the check in information twice which was frustrating. The thermostat conflicted with the AC units causing the radiators to turn on. The property manager quickly responded and helped us fix the problem.

Views were amazing. Great location to access tho city easily.
More space in shower and a place to put soap or shampoo in shower. No paper towels or wash cloth in kitchen to clean up easily. Hard to get into door with key.
