The location and the apartment was incredible - thank you!
The amount of steps - my parents are in their mid-eighties and this was not made clear when booking.

Traveling with a family with three kids this has plenty of room and the washing machine was extremely convenient. The balcony was perfect with a view of sunset behind the Duomo.
The unit about the bedroom is extremely noisy. The shower could use new grout.

Location - central to everything
Downstairs bathroom hadnt been fully cleaned out. Wet towels in basket under sink from previous occupant. Found this was due to blocked Drain in shower - towels used to mop up water from shower. This hadnt been fixed prior tomorr stay so same thing happened. Was fixed very next day tho.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance.
There is no elevator. The apartment has one bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs, which has an open stairway. There is no AC upstairs, and the fan on cooling makes a huge racket that we couldn't keep it on. It was very hot in the loft. Lack of proper bathroom amenities. If you run out toilet roll, you have to buy them. A little hand soap in the bathroom and no holder to put it in.
