Alberto and whole team presented the apartment in excellent condition. Alberto showed us around and handed the keys. Very good , well furnished apartment. Convinietly located near amenities.
It’s on the second floor without elevator so carrying our suitcases was a Herculean task. Not suitable for old aged people or assisted mobility.

Very well situated. It is in the center of Florence. The building is very old. 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The furniture is old, chairs are old, table is old, etc. except the main bed, air conditioning, and windows which are noise cancelled (thank goodness, there is a lot of noise in the streets). All the building is apartments.. Alberto is nice, but when you book you don’t know that he will try to charge you 40 euros if you get to the apartment after 20:00. Besides that, he will charge you 6 euros per person, and per day supposedly to pay for a tax to the Council, no receipt obtained on his part.

Time of departure is 10:00 am, which is very early from my point of view.
