Delux Via Faenza

Location was nice. The bathroom and main bedroom were updated.

It is more of a 1 bedroom with a living space with a trundle bed. The bathroom wasn’t centrally located so those in the other bedroom had to walk through the main bedroom to use.

Amazing location, just a few minutes walk to the Duomo, train station, and restaurants. Very clean apartment and spacious.

The location was excellent - close to all the sites and the train station. The host was also very responsive even before arrival and was kind enough to allow us to check in early. He also came over to try and sort out the WiFi issue. The beds were comfortable and the apartment looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The shower was excellent.

The WiFi was not working the entire time we were there. There was no place to keep soap in the shower area and there was no shower curtain so you needed to be careful walking out of the shower area. The apartment we were in was right at the top floor and with bags was a real challenge. Host mentioned that it was stated clearly there was no lift but I could not find anything that said that. If we didn’t have big bags… I guess it would be ok because the location is fantastic.

Habitación muy agradable. Muy buena ubicación Muy atento el encargado Pero todo eso no vale nada , porque está en un cuarto piso POR ESCALERA! (Y no te lo dicen) .ademas , la entrada del edificio es horrible, vieja , con paredes descascaradas y sucio .

Me desagrado mucho , subir todos los días por la escalera de un cuarto piso!! Desgastante.
