Location convenient to train station and attractions. All features (e.g., washing machine, air conditioning, coffee pot, microwave, etc) worked as offered. Wooden ceiling in the apartment is a work of art.

Late check in and early check out times combined with absentee management requires guests with bags to find and pay for luggage storage. Not easy nor inexpensive. Check in by internet link erred processing city tax payment. Though corrected, I never got anything confirming that registration was complete. Company does not give you access codes until appointed arrival time. We would have felt more secure getting these early and being able to download them from home. As organized by the company, we had to chance that we could get internet access on the street and that we would understand the instructions. Much stress! There is a code to enter the building, a code to enter a corridor with four apartments, and a code to enter the apartment. During 9 nights, someone had failed to shut the balky door to the building two days and to the corridor three days. Felt a bit unsecure. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and a few of the days was bothered by some cigarette smoke smell coming from somewhere in the building.

L’apart n’est pas bien aéré ( il y a d’odeur désagréable) la machine à café ne fonctionne pas, le lit n’est pas assez confortable et surtout il n’y a pas de flexibilité au moment du check out ou bien, au moins, une solution pour garder les bagages comme le font beaucoup d’hôtel et d’aparts hôtels
