About this apartment rental
At only few meters from the Santa Maria Novella train Station, 500 mt from the Duomo (the Florence cathedral) in Via Zannoni, in the historical district of San Lorenzo market, tastefully decorated beautiful studio/loft - 50 square meters, - at second floor (no elevator) with kitchen, bedroom for two (king size bed 160x200cm), living room with double sofa bed and another double bed on the wood loft, (reduced height - max 140 cm - Ok for children) for total 6 people, bathroom with shower, balcony (very rare in the historic centre of Florence).
All the most important monument at less than 5/10 minutes by walking
Wifi network h24 for free, air conditioning, tv color.
The apartment is fully equipped for everyday life (microwave, fridge, oven, iron, etc.). towels and linen and final cleanings are included in the standard fee.
Affordably priced flat rate for stays of 1 week or more.
The apartment is completely at your disposition and not in sharing with me or other guests.

Via Zannoni is a typical street in the Historic centre of the city. There are many restaurant, coffe shop and market and a supermarket and a self service laundry is only 30 meters far from the flat.
We are only 3 minutes by walking from the Florence Catedral 'Il Duomo' and 7 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery.
just 20 meters far, around the corner, there is the famous market of 'Mercato Centrale di San Lorenzo'.
From here you may visit all the historic centre by walking, without need pubblic transportation or car.
In the neighborhood of San Lorenzo is one of the most characteristic of the city. It houses the famous covered market where you can find hundreds of grocery stores, fresh fruits and vegetables. In the street, a few meters away, there are a supermarket and a laundry room. A few hundred meters you will find the Medici Chapels and the major monuments of Florence. You do not need a car or use public transport to get around this central area of the city
All public and private funds have the terminus in the square of the railway station of Santa Maria Novella in less than 100 meters away. Here there's also buses which provide the connection to the airport of Florence and Pisa.

Un piccolo appartamento ben attrezzato e confortevole. Proprietari molto disponibili. Unico neo, si trova in una zona pedonale irraggiungibile alle auto private a qualunque ora, quindi un po' scomodo se si hanno molti bagagli.

Great apartment very nicely located next to the Market Centrale and a short walk from the train station, Duomo, etc.
Our host was very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Excellent sejour a florence appartement conforme aux photos très bien placé donnant dans une cour donc très calme a proximité de tous les monuments on peut tout faire facilement a pied la gare train est à 5min a pied très pratique, propriétaire très sérieux et disponible pour toutes questions accueil par Guillio très sérieux et disponible également étant un habitué de florence je recommande ce logement

Exactly as advertised, this made for a perfect home base during our Florence visit for me and my wife. Close and convenient within walking distance of all major attractions, but quiet inside apartment. Cute space and terrace, multiple comfortable beds, and the kitchen and washing machine came in handy too. Host was very friendly and responsive as well!
