La ubicación, el desayuno que incluye y el espacio que hay en el lugar, además de la atención previa y durante la estancia.
Creo que solo como sugerencia, se podría mencionar que hay un poco de ruido por el tranvía, para mí no fue molesto pero es bueno mencionarlo.

A acomodação é excelente, ampla. O piso de caquinho é um charme! Check-in e check-out sem complicações. Bem pertinho da estação de trem. Anfitrião acessível. O diferencial foi o café da manhã gratuito, servido em frente à Duomo. Recomendo!
