Communication and information from the hosts before arrival and at check-in were excellent. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and worked fine for our 1-night stay with 4 people — though it’s probably best suited for 2–3. The biggest bonus is the location: easy to reach from the train station and a great base for exploring Florence.

Location, next to train station and main Florence attractions
Unnecessary, long and heavy introduction in person by the owner. It's not necessary any explanation regarding how the shower faucet works, how to turn on and off the lights, how to open and close the windows, what is a microwave, where is the kitchen drawer, etcetera. Extremely excessive contact with the house owner (every single day by WhatsApp or physically).
