The location! Plus the apartment has everything needed for a long stay.
Nothing but a suggestion … Not a big problem as the A/C works well, but perhaps a shade blind over the skylight for summer.

Localisation impeccable, à seulement 15 minutes du coeur touristique, les rues voisines offrent beaucoup de choix de café, petit déj et restaurants. Accès facile depuis la gare/tram.
Mobilier de cuisine et de salle de bain sont absolument à rénover, les portes ne tiennent plus, tout est de travers. Sanitaire : la pression d'eau n'est pas suffisante pour la douche (pommeau à main), donc l'eau chaude ne vient pas ou est très irrégulière. Invasion de moustiques (comme partout dans Florence). Quantité de vaisselle très limitée, ça n'avait pas été vérifié correctement avant notre arrivée, et nous avons du demander des fourchettes supplémentaires. Chaises sont de travers et vont certainement bientôt casser.

Location, next to train station and main Florence attractions
Unnecessary, long and heavy introduction in person by the owner. It's not necessary any explanation regarding how the shower faucet works, how to turn on and off the lights, how to open and close the windows, what is a microwave, where is the kitchen drawer, etcetera. Extremely excessive contact with the house owner (every single day by WhatsApp or physically).
