Good place, great location

The apartment was spacious with a large ceiling and big rooms for the bedrooms. There were 3 bathrooms, one with a shower. A kitchen and multiple seats. Various appliances. The instructions were clear. There was also a complimentary bottle of red wine which was a nice touch. Queries to the host were answered quickly. Good location.

The place was a little tired and did not seem as new as the photos made out, nothing crazy though. Internet seemed to be patchy at time for certain guests.

A pleasant stay with a kind and responsive host, a cosy apartment

At first I was a little worried since I didn’t know the exact apartment details until the day and time of arrival, but the host was excellent. He replied quickly and answered all my questions. At check in time I received clear instructions for access, so there was no need to worry. A lovely gesture was a complimentary bottle of wine, which was much appreciated. The apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped, and the small courtyard of this house was very charming and quiet.

This was more my mistake than the host’s. I booked the wrong room type. I had wanted one with a terrace but accidentally chose a standard one, which left me a little disappointed at first. Just be careful when booking, make sure you choose the right room type, especially if you’re as inattentive as I am. Also, the grocery store was not very close, but that wasn’t a big issue.

The place can somehow accommodate six persons BUT it must be known that it has only one bedroom, one almirah space, one

Kitchen had all the facilities. Although a small terrace exists but it was hardly of any use.

I had booked this property while looking for two bedrooms and two washrooms. But the place had one bedroom, one living room where two persons could sleep on a sofa cum bed commonly used with the kitchen. Another two beds are placed in an area carved out of the original head space of the property and are reachable only by a narrow spiral steps. These two beds are neither with almirahs nor with washroom. The common area has an additional WC.

An exceptional place to stay, but the response to requests was poor.

The property and the location were excellent.

The internet was down for the first two days of our stay. The host's attempt to repair the modem on day two failed, and the alternative they offered—WiFi from a neighbouring apartment—was unusably slow and constantly disconnected. Most disappointingly, after we reported the ongoing issues, the host ignored our messages and made no further effort to provide a working internet connection.

We had everything that we needed there and overall really enjoyed our stay.

3 of us stayed at the accomodation for a total of €1200, which is not too bad considering how close it is to everything. There was plenty of space for 4 people as well, so it could be even cheaper per person. The facilities worked well, the bathroom was clean and there were no other issues to bring up.

The place did not have much natural lighting coming in, so unless the lights were on, the apartment was quite dark even during the daytime. It did not bother us since we were not around during the day, but it's worth mentioning.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE, OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO...PECCATO PER LA PULIZIA UN POCHINO TRASCURATA

Ottimo appartamento, ben tenuto e con arredi compleeti. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti delle camere, delle modalità utilizzate per entrare nell'alloggio, e anche della posizione vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Anche i letti erano molto comodi, persino i due divani letti.

Purtroppo non ci ha soddisfatto del tutto la pulizia: non era sporchissimo ma non era nemmeno pulitissimo.

El apartamento era bastante amplio, éramos 8 personas y teníamos espacio suficiente, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario para hacer comidas del día. Tal vez no entendimos como era la calefacción, que sentimos frío el primer día. Por todo lo demás bien y cerca al transporte.

Logement très correct, mais quelques problèmes à régler.

Logement agréable et bien situé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Florence.

Les plaques de cuisson dysfonctionnent et toute la vaisselle n'y était pas adaptée (induction). Le chauffage de la mezzanine ne fonctionnait pas. L'entrée se faisait par un portail s'ouvrant uniquement via un lien internet et sans présence sur place (comment font les personnes sans smartphones et/ou connexion ?), d'autant plus que le lien était capricieux, nous avons par exemple attendu presque 10 minutes un soir sous la pluie que le portail veuille bien s'ouvrir...

Soggiorno piacevole

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto a pieno le caratteristiche per cui si è presentato ed era fornito di tutto il necessario per una confortevole permanenza.

L'unica nota negativa del nostro soggiorno è stata l'attesa iniziale causata dalle pulizie che si sono protratte molto oltre l'orario stabilito per il check-in. Nonostante fosse dovuto alla mancanza di pulizia dei precedenti inquilini una constatazione più accurata avrebbe potuto evitare questo piccolo inconveniente. Piccola postilla, una doccia in un appartamento che potenzialmente dovrebbe ospitare 8 persone è davvero risicata.

Un lugar para disfrutar!!

El lugar es realmente acogedor, cumple con la descripción y lo mejor es que te dejan un instructivo y recomendaciones para disfrutar del alojamiento. Un plus te dejan mantas calientitas para el frio. La terraza, la cocina y las habitaciones estuvieron de maravilla.

Oltre alla posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, l'appartamento da noi scelto aveva 3 camere e 3 bagni completi di tutto. Tutto estremamente pulito, la cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, compresa la lavastoviglie e, molto apprezzata, anche la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo.

L'ubicazione era molto comoda

€180 per la pulizia dell'appartamento quando siamo stati 5 giorni (4 notte) mi pare un po' troppo, quando ho chiesto se poteva venire qualcuno a fare una pulizia così al volo un giorno mi ha detto che dovevo pagare un plus, tra l'altro ho visto qualche ragnatela... Non c'erano asciugamani in più, erano contate. È ora di cambiare le zanzariere e installare in modo corretto.

Decepcionante y engañoso

La ubicación es buena, cercana a la estación. La limpieza era aceptable.

Lo primero las dificultades para poder acceder al apartamento, nadie vino a ayudarnos cuando tuvimos problemas con el acceso. En segundo lugar habíamos reservado un apartamento con tres habitaciones y tres baños y nos dieron uno con un solo cuarto de baño y dos retretes para 6 personas. La habitación de la buhardilla no era cómoda y hacía mucho calor. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y tiraba agua. Tampoco nos facilitaron un segundo juego de llaves cuando lo pedimos. La relación calidad precio no es buena, es caro para lo que ofrece y no responde a lo reservado.

Appartamento comodo al centro di Firenze

Abitazione molto centrale e ben organizzata con tutto l'indispensabile. Posizione molto centrale e spazi delle camere larghi. Cucina funzionale e bagno molto soddisfacente

Ovviamente fare attenzione al soppalco ed alle scale, che per persone anziane posso essere scomode (ma è segnalato nella descrizione). Non sono riuscito a capire subito come usare le piastre (manca l'indicazione del minimo e del massimo). Sarebbe utile una lavastoviglie. Non ho mai incontrato i proprietari e capire come aprire il portone può essere difficoltoso.

Muy bien situado

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito. La cocina es bastante nueva y esta muy limpio. El check in es autónomo y esta muy bien

Las camas de una habitación son dos somieres de 90 con un colchón de 1,8 y en el medio hace montaña. En teoría caben 8 personas pero solo hay una mini sartén y una grande que se pega. Te dan un manojo con un montón de llaves y solo funcionan 2. Si quieres cocinar o lavar te has de comprar todo lo que necesitas.

Posizione strategica a qualche passo dal centro storico

Molto comodo per coloro che viaggiano in famiglia o in gruppo. L'alloggio è dotato di 2 matrimoniali, una camera su in mansarda con due letti singoli e un divano letto. Bello il gesto di farci trovare del vino al nostro arrivo. La stazione è a pochi passi dall'alloggio ed il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20-30 min. C'è anche la possibilità di arrivare con i mezzi eventualmente.

Data la posizione centrale dell'alloggio è difficile trovare parcheggio se si arriva in auto. Consiglierei ai gestori di dotare l'appartemento di un parcheggio incluso nella prenotazione anche dato il costo che abbiamo pagato per il pernottamento. Le uniche opzioni per il parcheggio sono costose o troppo lontane dall'alloggio. Sarebbe stato bello avere una doccia in piu dato che viaggiavamo in 5.
