The hostess was friendly and very helpful. She was always accessible to help. The rooms were comfortable and clean
We could have had more laundry soap. We were given one pod, and more shampoo. There was only enough for one person to use once.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Florence et sommes très contents de l’appartement qui est très propre, spacieux bien équipé et confortable pour 4 personnes. On n’a manqué de rien, Situé au RDC d’un immeuble et à proximité de quelques commerces. Il faut compter 20 min pour rejoindre le centre à pieds. Merci à Marina pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.
