Great classy Apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable, situated in an old building that was itself a great architectural specimen. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quirky and the shower over the magnificent bath may not suit everyone especially if you are tall or have reduced mobility as climbing into the bath might prove difficult. The general area was clean and peaceful with plenty of choice of bars, restaurants and shops. It was an. easy walk to the railway station and to the centre of Florence.

The kitchen was not equipped sufficiently to cook a meal. The apartment did not have a washing machine which was a downside as there was enough space. The other surprise given the age of the building was the amount of noise that carried through from the other apartments.

Wonderful, would rent again.

The location is superb!! Can’t be beat. Nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance. We walked all over over needing transportation other than from the airport, which was close. Roomy for large groups and actual beds for everyone. Hosts very responsive.

Maybe update the bathroom to an actual shower with curtain.

Clean, Spacious and Great Apartment for Family

Great, spacious rooms for families. Property was very clean and quite. The location can easily be accessed via public transportation which made our travels throughout the city quite enjoyable.

I did not like that there is no shower in the washroom. There is a tub but we only stayed a short while so I did not bother us too much!

Appartamento Capiente in Centro

La posizione è davvero ottima, vicinissima alla Stazione Campo di Marte e si arriva comodamente in centro a piedi. Letti spaziosi e comodi, camere molto grandi e ben riscaldate, dotate anche di condizionatore. C'è un comodo cucinino e tante capsule per il caffè. Chiarissime le istruzioni per il check in, tutto molto facile e da poter fare in autonomia. Situato in un palazzo elegante all'interno di un quartiere tranquillo.

Niestety nie polecam

Pozytywne chyba tylko położenie obiektu.

Mieszkanie w kamienicy, z zewnątrz wszystko ok, ale po wejściu do kamienicy od razu bucha zapach stęchlizny. Na korytarzu jak w starej piwnicy, w mieszkaniu niby lepiej jeśli chodzi o powietrze, ale widać, że jest grzyb. Wśród nas była osoba z uczuleniem i momentalnie pojawiły się objawy - zapchany nos, ból głowy, problemy z oddychaniem. Gdyby nie leki musiałaby spać w samochodzie. Spała z głową przy oknie. Mieszkanie ogromne, wielkie łóżka, ale puste i nie zadbane. Pleśń i grzyb na ścianach pokryte farbą, żeby nie było widać. Łazienka tragicznie niefunkcjonalna. Wanna, w której nie da się umyć bez zalania całej łazienki. Okna ciężko otworzyć, bo na ulicy ruch i hałas. Nie mam pojęcia skąd obiekt miał ocenę ponad 8 i bardzo się rozczarowałam. Nie polecam.

Buena ubicación

El alojamiento esta bien ubicado, por dentro es amplio y está bien distribuido. Las cosas que no nos gustaron y que menciono a continuación tienen total solución y se convertiría en un alojamiento favorito. Destaco lo positivo: la ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración, toallas suficientes, plancha, secador cabello, cafetera.

Hacer el check in fue largo, porque había que enviar los pasaportes escaneados y adicionar información personal extensa, primera vez que nos piden llenar un formulario así ;( El baño es muy lindo pero al usar la bañera es caótico, todo se moja. El lavamanos no tiene buen desagüe, se llena de agua. De cortesía dejaron capsulas de café pero no había ninguna taza para tomarlo. Los colchones de las camas muy duros.

Excelente departamento cerca del centro.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro de Florencia. Las habitaciones con muy espaciosas y las camas cómodas. El lugar está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Hay WI-FI de muy buena señal. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que tiene un sólo baño, que para 4 habitaciones (9 huéspedes) puede ser poco, pero eso ya lo sabíamos al reservarlo y no fue problema.

Quizás faltan más utensilios para la cocina, si bien se nota que es un lugar para comer afuera y la cocina es más que nada para desayunos y comidas casuales, estaría bien agregar ciertos elementes como tazas grandes para desayuno (hay pequeñas de café, pero no más grandes), algunos cubiertos como una cuchilla para cortar carne, quesos o salames, un rallador, y cosas así, que nos hubieran sido de utilidad. Lo mismo con algunos elementos de limpieza como una escoba o trapos para el piso.

Espacioso, privacidad, limpio, silencioso, cerca de transporte público, súper ubicación, 20 Min caminando a catedral.

No pudimos configurar el internet pero tampoco hizo mucha falta.

Investir un peu pour être une location correcte

L’emplacement à 20/25 mn à pied.

L’appartement est grand mais minimaliste (pas de décos, 1 seul miroir et dans la SDB lol. Les chambres sont immenses, mais une salle de bains ridicule. Un seul wc qui se trouve dans la salle de bain. Quand on prend la douche c’est l’inondation assuré. 2 nuits passées avec 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 7, la vaisselle est manquante casseroles, poêles , il manque des couteaux. 7 doses de café pour 7 personnes pour 2 nuits. Hormis le fait qu’il soit placé à 20mn du duomo être à 7 à l’intérieur c’est compliqué et dire qu’on peut le louer pour 9.
