The location was the best, close to everything. The place was large and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the host was very good and they were very responsive. Veronica did a great job helping us with everything. We really enjoyed our stay!
The bathroom in the main bedroom was very small and the shower was so tiny that it was almost impossible to fit.

The apartment was large, spacious and with everything you need. Bonus being the washing machine as well had lots of dirty clothes! The location is about 3 minutes walk from the Piazza Della Signoria, so everything is close, and the street itself has plenty of stores and food and drink options. Just know it is an old building, no elevators so you will be trekking up flights of stairs. But we had a great 3 night stay, thank you Mario and Veronica.
Nothing, it was perfect for us as a traveling couple.

the location was great and the set up of the place was so cute!
it was hard to locate things and there wasn’t much instructions on where to find anything. Could not locate sheets for the first floor bed. Reached out to Maria via WhatsApp about the toilet but never heard back.
