Ótima limpeza, apartamento aconchegante e espaçoso, cozinha completa, banheiro completo e bem limpo.
Ultimo andar, sem elevador e pessoas do quarto ao lado sem noção nenhuma e fazendo muito barulho de madrugada.

A place with a nice design or intention when it started. Great location.
Sadly one of the unmaintained flats charging a lot, but cutting corners on maintenance and cleaning. Toilet seat held together with tape, mouldy bread in the cupboard along with food a year beyond the expiry by date. Lots of little broken things detracting from the overall appearance. A bit of investment in a deep clean and fixing a few things and this place would be back to its heyday.
