Clean, great location. Walkable to everything. Easily accommodated my family of 4.

Kitchen and having a washer/dryer available was key for a lengthy trip. the location was ideal!

Excellent central location with an elevator.

Amenities were spartan and apartment was dusty/ moldy and not very clean. Water pressure was lacking. Limited number of towels and no paper towels to clean up messes. Access system to building needs to be changed. Access to apt building door requires dialing a phone # not over whatsapp using the phone # the reservation was booked under. However, the apt managers did not notice there was no phone number associated with the reservation. This system required me to take my phone off airplane mode and be charged roaming fees- we had planned to use whatsapp and wifi for the trip. Additionally, it means that if there are multiple individuals staying at the property only one phone has access to the door which is inconvenient. However, accessing the bldg did not turn out to be an issue because the bldg door does not lock. We felt safe in the apt as it was on the top floor and had an impressive deadbolt system. There is a separate code for a keypad to gain access to the apt. After the front door access was fixed, it turned out we had issues with the apt keypad. It took several text msgs and phone calls to the two phone numbers provided to sort out the access mess. The mess was sorted relatively quickly but no one picked up initially which led to some panicked moments as apparently they do not necessary answer calls after 20:00. Additionally, the managers emailed to say checkout time is 10- when reminded that booking.com lists checkout at 11 they agreed to it.
