Basic apartment, had what we needed. Location was great. Bed was comfy. Short walk from train across Piazza di Santa Maria Novella.

like the location, easy to train station and center of Florence.
plastic on ceilings to catch water from above, sewage smell in apartment. one air conditioner didn't work and the other ones filter hadn't been cleaned in along time so it didn't work well. I cleaned it myself to get cold air.
