Lovely apartment. And if you’ve been to Florence before, you’ll know the location is just spot on. A 5 minute walk from the SMN train station, 10 minute walk to the Ponte vecchio and around the same to be in santo Spirito. Perfect

Great location, beautiful apartment- just as it was in photos

Fantastic location in the city center
2nd Floor of an old building (~4.5m each floor), high and irregular steps, no elevator.
Extremely poor and unfriendly service, refused to speak directly or answer a call and just answer at their time with whatsapp.
Room was not ready at check-in time (15.00), had to wait 20 min more than guaranteed.
