Es espacioso y es tal cual se ve en la fotos. Los encargados son muy amables y agradable
La finca donde está alojado está actualmente en obras, es un 3er piso sin ascensor, y hay bastante ruido de la calle por las noches a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas.

オーナーの案内は丁寧で親切でした。
部屋はとてもきれいです。
充分な設備です。
荷物預かり(廊下におくだけ)OKなのは助かります。
工事中なのか故障なのかわからないが、エレベーターが使えなかった。
ホスト曰く、もう半年以上使えていないそうです。
それならば、エレベーターが使えず上階まで荷物を運ぶ必要があることは書いてほしかった。
重いスーツケースを狭く危険な階段で、運ぶのはとにかく大変でした。
私が宿泊した部屋は、実際の階数としては3-4階なんだろうけど、
ロフト付の天井が高いつくりなので、7-8階のような感覚です。
グーグルマップ通りに行きましたが、少しわかりづらいです。
でも付近を探せばちゃんと見つかります。
外が騒がしい立地です。
窓の防音はいまいちです。
夜、ホテルの近くでスリを目撃してしまったので、
とにかくスリには気をつけましょう。
