Location, cleanliness, responsive host and functioning a/c in every room. Refrigerator was nice and cold, plenty of beds plus the couch to sleep 7. Washing machine and drying rack were very convenient.
Mattresses were too hard, nobody slept comfortably. Toilet seats were broken in both bathrooms which required care when using the toilet. I reached out to the host regarding the toilets and they will fix them.

Lots of space, rooms were all very good size and beds very comfortable. Location was excellent and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby
Shower pressure could be improved and the air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom

Great location and a well equipped apartment.
The host was able available to assist with any questions.
My only concern was that there were only single beds in all the bed rooms

Location waa rateable walking distance to everything.
The owners knocking on door at 9.40, returning again at 9.53 and standing at the kitchen table until we left. Apartment was in the same condition as we found it. Family trip 8 of us. Have never experienced this period from owners, it was unnecessary, they said air-conditioning wasn't working and that's why they were there, however air-conditioning worked perfectly for us over the 2 days.
Bathrooms need a proper clean, when I bought up the mouldy bathroom, owner didnt want to know about it. Mould in grout BLACK thick mould around glass and base,
Sachets of liquid soap for shower, soap holder mouldy in shower.
Soap container in bathroom looks like it came from and op shop.
Toilet seat broken.
After we arrived, someone arrived after 3 with dish sponge and toilet paper.
The sink sponges were yuk.
These owners need to be shown how to be professional in their letting cleaning and respect towards guest paying a premium.
Convenience of location, and number of beds were ideal for a larger party.
Bonus past guest have left salt pepper coffee sugar.
PAM Supermarket on corner.
Needs a proper clean.
Owners shouldn't be hoovering inside premise, it was EXTREMELY DISTASTEFUL.
