Just ok but will not coming back

Fully furnished apartment with complete dining amenities. 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms & 2 sofa beds. Smart tv so you can watch if you’re not planning to go out.

*. No elevator & the unit located on the top floor. *. The staff was bit unorganized. I told that I will come with my mother & she’s using wheelchair. i asked to wait inside the building because it was raining outside & she’s not event informed me about the code for accessing the door & we have to wait outside more then 10 minutes in the rain. After came in & she informed me the wrong code for accessing the locker for get the unit key. *. Water heater not work properly, the hot water only could use for 1 person after that the hot water no longer came. *. Location bit far for restaurant or groceries. You have to walk 15-20 minutes to get some food.

Horrible

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had on booking. There was no warm water in the apartment. So we were not able to take shower because the water was freezing. When the host was notified, she took hours to come to the apartment. When she finally came, she told us that there was a problem with the gas system and that it couldn't be solved during our stay. So we had to leave and find another place in order to be able to take shower in the days we would be in Florence. Yet the host refused to cancel our stay and refund us. The apartment couldn't provide a basic thing as warm water, so it was in no codition of receiving any guests.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, posizione non centralissima ma comoda, ben servita da bus e tram. L’appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore era ben pulito, dotato del necessario, cucina attrezzata, fon e sapone, asciugamani e teli bagno. Gruppo di 9 persone. Staff disponibile e cortese

Pulizia e tranquillità

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'operatrice telefonica che ha soddisfatto prontamente l'esigenza di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in. L'appartamento è caldo e accogliente. Perfetto per 8 persone. Eravamo due famiglie da 4, quindi due bagni sono l'ideale. Pulizia veramente da 10 e lode!

Un pochino fuori mano rispetto al centro che però è raggiungibile tramite autobus o una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti. L'utensileria per cucinare è pressoché inesistente, ci sono giusto le posate e sarebbe stato davvero poco pratico cucinare, meno male che abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato fuori. Peccato, perché basterebbe poco. Una tovaglia, un canovaccio e qualche utensile renderebbero tutto perfetto. Generalmente ho sempre trovato olio, sale, zucchero...giusto di prima necessità, non grandi scorte. Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Spero prendano in considerazione questo umile suggerimento. Le scale alte per raggiungere l'appartamento forse andrebbero messe nella descrizione per chi ha difficoltà motorie...per chi sta bene, si salgono e va bene così

Tutto perfetto

L' appartamento è dotato di ogni confort. e si sviluppa su due livelli. Ha una cucina molto attrezzata ed è molto pulito anzi pulitissimo. Uno dei divani letto e la camera tripla e un bagno sono al livello superiore. L'appartamento si trova molto vicino alla fermata del tram Belfiore dalla quale, con 3 fermate si raggiunge Santa Maria Novella. I gestori molto gentili e disponibili.

Posizionerei un mobiletto anche nel bagno del livello superiore come quello presente nel bagno del primo livello.

Carina ma trascurata

La casa è molto bella e ristrutturata, la concierge Yara è stata gentile e disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in

Il soffitto scrostato nell'antibagno del piano, il tavolo rovinato, il letto di finta pelle tutto rovinato, il materasso che si affossa nel mezzo, il soffitto ammuffito del bagno al piano di sopra, il copriletto sporco

No enfriaban bien 2 aires pero nos cambiaron de apartamento y estuvo increíble, muy agradecida toda la familia con Yara que nos apoyó en todo momento.

Es un engaño pesimo sitio no se puede dormir por el calor y la cañería no sirve

Solo tiene una habitación decente

La segunda planta no tiene aire acondicionado, de techo bajo un calor espantoso, se le informó al dueño no hizo nada para arreglarlo, desagüe de la ducha tapada no baja el agua tampoco soluciono, utensilios de cocina toca comprar por que no había, la lavadora del lugar es un espanto deja un olor feo en la ropa y no escurre y no tienes donde secar la ropa, aparte es en el.ultimo piso y no tiene ascensor. El encargado no soluciono nada toca ir a pagar otro Hotel, pésima estancia no se la recomiendo a nadie, y no te fijes en la.puntuacion del sitio, una misma persona ha puesto de calificación 10 varias veces solo para subir promedio. Quédense en otro lugar este es pésimo.

Les équipements sont vieillissants : lave-linge et lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnent pas correctement, hotte cassée, canapé-lit qui grince, peu de vaisselle (four mais pas de plat y allant).

un boheure de dormir dans un appartement securisé et trés propre, cuisine equipé. parking juste devant la maison. accée à piéd aux zones touristiques en 20 à 25 mn. il y a également le tramway et bus. une raison de ne pas prendre sa voiture en ville, en plus c est interdit. merci beaucoup au proprietaire dispo et réactive à nos attente. c est des vrai professionnelles.
