Sasa was great to deal with. So easy to check in. She’ll also send you a list of her favorite restaurants. She went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Fantastic location near the train and easy walk to the River. The unit is updated nicely and the private backyard is a welcomed bonus. Will stay here again for sure.

Clean and spacious apartment suitable for family vacation. All necessary facilities and amenities such as stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and cooking utensils are available. There are supermarkets nearby and we could buy food and other groceries. The apartment is close to the train terminal and most sightseeing locations are within walking distance.

The location of the property was really good but there are a lot of other options in the area and I felt that this property was over sold to us on Booking.com. It is not for the discerning traveler and I really expected more.
I really thought that we would be getting a magical garden in the middle of Florence but instead we had a balcony overlooking the garden (which was average). Although the host was really friendly and assisted us where she could, I just did not like the overall look and feel of the accommodation. It felt slightly cheap and not well put together.
