Very near to Florence Metro * just 3 mins away - the apartment bedrooms were big and comfortable . Kitchen was decent size and there was a dining nook which we did our work on . The host met us and explained how everything works . She was friendly and approachable . She also provided 2 sets of keys which is an added convenience . There are several good cafes and rental car companies one block away. Very convenient. Safe area to live in .
The washing machine was at the bottom of the stairs . And shared with another customer . It works but just a little inconvenient. The air con works but at a slow pace - it took a while for the room to cool down . Just be patient , we are grateful for air con in the middle of the heatwave in Italy .
Cos of the staircases up to the apartment, I do not recommend this for families with babies or toddlers or senior citizens .

We traveled to Rome, Montepulciano and then to Florence. This was my favorite place to stay of all three! Quiet, spacious, clean, and every little detail was thought of and provided for! Hostess was amazing ---back courtyard w green grass was a place to exhale.

The location of the property was really good but there are a lot of other options in the area and I felt that this property was over sold to us on Booking.com. It is not for the discerning traveler and I really expected more.
I really thought that we would be getting a magical garden in the middle of Florence but instead we had a balcony overlooking the garden (which was average). Although the host was really friendly and assisted us where she could, I just did not like the overall look and feel of the accommodation. It felt slightly cheap and not well put together.
