Basic place to stay. Would not stay again or recommend to others.

Location was great. Relatively close to most restaurants and attractions.

Cleanliness of apartment- mould in shower recess in bathroom; lack of hot water; not advised that there were two flights of steps to climb with luggage; floors dirty (not swept or washed); cob webs on wall/ceiling in 3rd bedroom; photos on Booking.com did not reflect the apartment we received. If owner would like copies of photos taken happy to supply. Given that cleaning of the apartment is included in the overall cost not sure what the cleaners actually cleaned prior to our arrival! Understand old building but misleading on Booking.com. Button for toilet system in 2nd bathroom did not work so could not flush toilet.

Worst stay ever

The only thing good about this property is the location. Everything else was trash. It’s the worst property I have stayed at in my life.

Nowhere close to what it looks in photos. Theres no aesthetic to the apartment.

Wonderful stay at Wine Apartments Florence

Location was excellent. Rooms were a good size and having three bathrooms was nice.

No elevators to bring up luggages. The toilet tank was too loud when filling up. Why cant that be fixed?

Very spacious!

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. It gave us the opportunity to have personal downtime and together time as a family. We loved the ambience of the building, which was a mix of traditional Italy with contemporary facilities. The host was always available to help and was very respectful and polite. The location was extremely convenient.

If I had to find something which didn't meet our expectations, it would be that on our last morning, we didn't have sufficient warm water.

The location of the Montepulciano apartment was very good, in the area known as Oltrarno Florence. There was sufficient space.

The apartment was not properly cleaned or prepared. There was insufficient toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, no paper towels, and no sheets on one of the beds. Also, the bedroom with the half bathroom smelled of sewer. The shower in the hallway bathroom was in poor condition with mold and cracks in the shower stall floor. The floors were dirty as evidenced by me wiping the bathroom and kitchen floor with sanitizing wipes that I traveled with. The advertisement specified there was a washing machine, but it was on the back balcony with no instructions and no indication that it was hooked up for use.

Estancia cómoda y muy acorde a lo que se paga.

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento es tal cual aparece en la fotografías. La zona es muy fácil de trasladarte a los atractivos principales y de la estación del tren puedes llegar caminando. En la noche hay lugares para salir a cenar y caminar con tranquilidad.

No dura el agua caliente para la regadera. Viajamos un grupo de 6 personas y el agua apenas alcanzaba para los dos primeras, y en pleno invierno uff. Por error deje las llaves del apartamento adentro y tuve que pedir ayuda, la casera después de una regañada me ayudo a solucionarlo.

Εντυπώσεις από το κατάλυμα

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο κι έκανε εύκολες τις μετακινήσεις

Χρήζει σοβαρής ανακαίνισης! Αρχικά μύριζε άθλια όλο το σπίτι! Κάτι μεταξύ μούχλας και μυρωδιές αποχέτευσης!!! Όταν έβρεξε οι μυρωδιές έγιναν αποπνικτικες!!! Το ένα από τα τρία δωμάτια δεν θεωρείται πως έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Εκτός αν βάλεις να κοιμηθούν δύο μικρά παιδιά. Κι εννοείται πως δεν θεωρείται μπάνιο το μπάνιο αυτού του δωματίου! WC το λες κι αυτό με το ζόρι! Το ζευγάρι που έμεινε σε αυτό το δωμάτιο στραβωσε επειδή κοιμόντουσαν ο ένας πάνω στον άλλο (κι όχι με την καλή έννοια...) και μπάνιο έκαναν στα μπάνια των άλλων υπνοδωματιων! Δεν υπήρχε σαμπουάν ούτε κάποιο αφροντους, παρά μόνο ένα υγρό χεριών που το είχαν και για χρήση σαμπουάν και υγρού σώματος Καθαρό δεν το έλεγες για κανένα λόγο! Ήταν η προσωποποίηση της παροιμίας όσα βλέπει η πεθερά! Κανόνας του σπιτιού να πετάμε τα σκουπίδια αλλά ούτε σακουλιτσες για τα σκουπίδια δεν είχε! Στην κύρια είσοδο βρήκαμε έναν σκορπιό ψοφιο. Και ναι μεν ήταν ψοφιος αλλά αν ο χώρος είχε σκουπιστει πρόσφατα, ο σκορπιός δεν θα ήταν στο πάτωμα! Ντουλάπια και παράθυρα και παντζούρια είχαν να συντηρηθούν από τον μεσαίωνα (από τότε δηλαδή που χτίστηκε και το σπίτι)! Κι εφόσον οι ιδιοκτήτες θεωρούσαν πως αυτοί είναι τέλειοι σε όλα, είχαν ορίσει διάφορους κανόνες τυπωμένους σε διάφορα έντυπα στο σπίτι υπό την μορφή απειλών! Πχ αν πετάτε τις πετσέτες κάτω θα σας χρεώσουμε έξτρα, αν δεν αφήσετε το κλειδί εκεί που πρέπει θα σας χρεώσουμε συν 100€. Αν δεν μαζέψετε τα σκουπίδια θα έχετε πέναλτυ! Ούτε η συγχωρεμενη μάνα μου δεν μας απειλούσε τόσο πολύ όταν ειμασταν παιδιά! Και θα συμφωνούσα εν μέρει με τα παραπάνω αν το κατάλυμα ήταν σωστό! Πραγματικά τα κλάψαμε τα λεφτά μας κι εγώ προσωπικά εκτέθηκα στους φίλους μου διότι το σπίτι ήταν δική μου επιλογή. Τέλος δεν θα συνιστούσα σε κανέναν να μείνει σε αυτό το σπίτι. Μόνο αν δεν έχεις όσφρηση μπορείς να αντέξεις εκεί μέσα. Ευτυχώς που η Φλωρεντία είναι πανέμορφη και γυρίζαμε σπίτι αργά για μπάνιο και ύπνο. Λυπάμαι πολύ που επέλεξα αυτό το κατάλυμα!!!

Die Größe der Wohnung für 6 Freunde super, Lage sehr zentral.

Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Stühle in der Küche könnten mehr sein. Boiler für 6 Leute zum Duschen zu klein. Kleines Zimmer sehr klein für 2 Personen.
