Do not book in summer

Location

Not for large families especially in summer. Air conditioner only in living room and kids area. Only one useable bathroom as the other one is for toddlers (ceiling height of 3 ft or so).

Location so convenient to train station. Beds were so comfortable, and the place was very welcoming. We appreciated the recommendations from our host.

Overall an amazing location with great amenities.

We took the train and walked everywhere the location was perfect. Right in the heart of Firenze with the statue of David only 12 min walk, the train only 5 minutes, a grocery store and 24 hour McDonald’s only 2 min, we were able to cook and do laundry in the apartment, there was enough room to accommodate 10 people, 4 parents and 6 kids

The only thing I can complain about was my pillow was on its last legs, it felt like a towel

Loved this quirky apartment and would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect oasis away from the busy streets of Florence. It's a lovely clean apartment where we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again. The wifi worked perfectly and having a washing machine was a bonus for us. The kitchen was also extremely useful. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

It's three floors up so be prepared to carry your suitcases. We visited during a heat wave and there was only a/c in the bedroom which was up a set of steps. If you are driving, parking is expensive and the location is a bit difficult to find, but that's not at all unusual for Florence.
