Central location for visiting Florence.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location for visiting the city. It was comfortable and fairly well equipped.

On arrival, we were unable to get in to the property from the street and had to wait for someone to exit before we could collect the keys from the key box. The property was not ready when we arrived and generally it was not that clean. Some of the fans and air conditioning units were not working and the apartment was noisy, being just above a busy square.

Disappointed to say the least.

Lots of room.

Very. Very. Very. Noisy. Bar below that kept everyone up until 2am. 3 members of our family had to get a hotel. The rest of us didn’t sleep for our stay. Fans did not work. Shower head did not work so only the shorter people could use that one and hold the shower head to shower.

Location was very good. Flat was spacious. Beds were good.

Noise from the street also during night (can be expected when you live that central), flat was chilly, more amenities could do with an upgrade: dishwasher didn't actually clean the kitchenware so we did the washing up ourselves, the hairdryer couldn't blow any hot air and stuff like this...

This has to be taken off booking.com until renovations are done, AC repaired/replaced, stuff removed

Bottom line: the apartment needs be be taken off the booking.com until it is overhauled. Worst lodging in our three weeks in Italy. They were still cleaning til after 4 pm though they allowed us to leave baggage in there.AC was terrible.. weak AC in one room, bad AC in second bedroom with one duct going out the open door.. where all the noise below could be heard, all other rooms have no AC. Shower only in one bathroom. All cabinets full of stuff. Also remodeling tools and stuff lying around.

Nothing!

Everything! The place is awful and we left at once, denying to staying there. One room was out of use, as they said that they did not have time to clean the mattress from the previous residents, and they suggested one of us to sleep at a terrible narrow sofa. All the cupboards were full of unrecognisable staff in huge plastic bags, with no place for our clothes to be set in. One toilet is on a high step that you have to "climb" for using it. The "air conditioning" was of a style that it kept one balcony door continuously open. The carpet was more than dirty, not been cleaned for ages. We informed the owner that we will not stay there, and she accepted to refund us, but neither she, not Booking.com refunded us the total amount but just one third of it. We informed Booking, sending photos of all the things mentioned above, and they showed continuous indifference to our emails, just sending us continuous emails for rating "our stay" there. Sirs, we did NOT stay, as we could NOT stay at this horrible place! We are totally disappointed by both this owner's and Booking's behaviour towards as as customers. Since the owner claimed that we arrived earlier than the check in time, and the place was not ready yet, I also add in the photos a screenshot showing the time we had taken the photos.

We like the location, bringing our bags up to the place was super easy and the amount of space provided was nice!

I enjoyed the location. It’s a 5 - 10 minute walk from everywhere you’d want to be.

As a semi tall person (6’3) the shower was small. That’s about it so it’s not a knock to the hotel.

The location is good. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Many cafes and bars. Friendly people. Walking distance to Santa's Maria train station

The road is not smooth as it's a cobblestones so it will spoiled your luggage suitcase wheels specially when you can't get you taxi services in the morning.

The location was great. Close to tourist attractions and close to supermarket. Transportation is also good.

Perfect.

Well the owner of the Appartment is very friendly and nice. Elena and Natalie they are nice people. They reapond to the request very quick. There are 2 aircon and electric fans. For summer. It sorrounded with Restaurant and walking distance to the tourist places. We recommend this place for everyone.

We have eveything and nothing to say we love all and like everything.

Very spacious, perfect for large groups!

Location was amazing and super spacious! 2 bathrooms was very nice!

There was only 1 air conditioning unit in the apartment so the rest of the rooms were uncomfortably warm in mid-July.

Spacious apartment on a great, but noisy location

The location is located in a less than 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. A nice square for food and drinks is located literally next to the apartment. Also a lot of bakeries and stores are located in the street. The apartment was very spacious, has a nice living room and a lot of magazines and information is present. The contact with the host was very easy and checking in after midnight was no problem at all, which was very useful. It was really nice that there was a mosquito repellent present.

The nice square also has a major disadvantage: an Irish pub right beneath the windows of two (out of three) bedrooms. The windows seems to not filter any sound, so it feels like you are laying next to the pub. This makes sleeping very hard until 4AM. Furthermore, the apartment is quite old and some of the beds were not comfortable at all. Furthermore, it was hard to regulate the temperature of the shower.

Fabulous

We had a great stay at the Fiamma Apartment. The space is quite large and with 9 people, we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well appointed and the 2 bathrooms are clean and well designed to hold all of our stuff and allow for 9 people to use 1 shower. The location is great for getting around Firenze and there are some restaurants, craft beers, and gelaterias just a few steps away.

The proximity to restaurants, bars, and gelaterias is great, except when the windows are open at night and the noise level is quite high. We were in Firenze during a heat wave and unfortunately a few of the fans weren't working and the air conditioning is a single-room unit. It was disappointing that we had to contact the host twice before we received a response about replacing some fans, but once we got a response, we got a replacement very quickly.

Excellent séjour découverte de Florence.

Grand Espace intérieur approprié pour 6-8 personnes sans se marcher dessus. Cachet ancien du lieu. Emplacement parfaitement central dans la ville, point de départ vers les lieux les plus extraordinaires de la ville. Accès facile à pied de tous les lieux d’intérêt. Responsable de l’appartement très aimable et réactive aux questions. Tout à proximité: petits commerces, restaurants, bars…

Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite: escalier pour l’accès et petites marches dans l’appartement. Beaucoup d’animation et de bruit sous les fenêtres jusque très tard la nuit. Appartement, équipements cuisine, salles de bain et chambres assez anciens et faits de bric et de broc, mais ça fait aussi partie du charme.
