Gorgeous apartment! Nice location, really nice to relax with plenty of room for family of 4… terrace off the kitchen is nice and kitchen is well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out.

Location was great - we loved it. but need to be aware that walk into town is about 20-25 min.

Wonderful Place

The GreenHouse was very clean and comfortable. 15-20 min from the center of the city and major attractions. I loved the traditional furniture.

The appliances need an upgrade, such as the coffee maker and the team maker.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was very good, near a street full of local shops and cafes. About a 20 to 30 minutes walk to the historic centre of Florence or there was a nearby bus stop. Just tap your credit card when you get on the bus. There is an entrance to the Boboli Gardens nearby, a great way to spend a few hours. The host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment

Beautifully decorated in a classic modern design. Terrace overlooking quiet gardens and small sheltered rooftop terrace with furniture. Greeted personally by lorenzo who gave us lots of information about Florence including taxis and restaurants. We had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Good quality fittings. Excellent shower. Coffee machine and pods. Washing machine. Beautiful quiet area with a 15-20 minute walk to the main town. Would highly recommend.

Very hard to find anything wrong this apartment was beautiful. Would say that the stairs to the upper bathroom and terrace may be tricky for some but for us not an issue.

Fabulous!

Gorgeous apartment, well equipped, very clean, comfy beds and gorgeous little garden with seating. Great location, 30 mins walk to the centre or East to get on public transport. The two Lorenzos were both great, easy to communicate with and gave us lots of info on the area, places to eat, gelatarias, buses, and things to see. Fabulous!!

Fantastic apoartment. Very spacious. Great location. Wonderful host

Flat was spacious and very clean. Two balcony’s so able to have some outside space with very little noise. Location was excellent. Quiet residential area but very close to cafes and restaurants and bus stops. Porto Romano very close and walk to ponto vecchio is approx 20 mins past lots of interesting independent shops. Lorenzo is an excellent host, he met us to give us the keys, gave us a map of the city and explained where things were and how to get there. He also gave us restaurant recommendations and lots of other useful information and was available for queries throughout the stay if needed.

Flat was very comfortable. However one of the balcony’s and the sitting room needed to be accessed through a bedroom. Not an issue for us and also still access to the kitchen(with a table and chairs) and a balcony.

Beautiful flat

Beautiful flat in a lovely area of town south of the river, right by the Boboli gardens. My flat had a cute balcony with a table, where I spent the mornings with a coffee and the evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and had a kettle. Someone met me at the flat to show me around, and collect the city tax and passport photo. The owner was also very easy to talk to via WhatsApp text There was a tourist map and a nice bottle of white wine.

Authentic Florentin apartment with classic elements, walking distance from the city center.

The property was cosy and charming, with a lot of classic accents. It was walking distance (15 minutes from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio) but outside the busier city center.

We had a great time in Florence and much of that was because of the fortunate choice of the fantastic accommodation.

The apartment was first class. It was spacious, comfortable, well maintained and furnished, and situated in a very nice area. Lorenzo the host provided clear information and a very friendly welcome. He was accessible and we felt that he was on hand should we need him. The only time we did was to help with booking a taxi and he was very helpful with that. The self catering facilities were great. WiFi was excellent. The apartment felt very safe. Access to the city centre - the cathedral- is an easy and pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. The bus routes are a few minutes away and easy to navigate. Overall an excellent choice, fully recommended.

Great property for a family stay.

Host Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and homely and in a perfect location to walk or get the bus into central Florence. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I would highly recommend this property especially for families.

We loved our time at the Greenhouse! We definitely recommend it!

Lorenzo was an incredible host! He was ready and waiting for us with keys, maps and a list of recommendations. He was responsive, helpful and always on call. We loved the area, just outside of the historic district on a lovely, leafy side street near cafes and gelaterias and shops. The property is very close to Boboli Gardens, which we recommend. The apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk outside the historic district and at night's end, it allows one to retreat to a safe, quiet area. The bedrooms felt very "Florence," with space and beauty. The kitchen was partially stocked, making it easy on our family!

Clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness, friendly host.

Main bathroom which was absolutely gorgeous was up steep stairs with no handrail at bottom. Also to access it you had to go through a bedroom. It wouldn't have been good for an elderly person. The other toilet which was also gorgeous situated downstairs was very small, you could hardly move in it. There was no comfortable seating area downstairs only a little area upstairs but to get to that you ad to go through someone's bedroom. A nice e touch with a welcoming bottle of wine from Lorenzo. Overall very nice, clean and comfortable.

Congratulations Lorenzo and staff on presenting this gorgeous gem for the enjoyment of others. We appreciated its lovely air conditioning with the heatwave. Beautifully renovated with kind attentive hosts. A lovely kitchen for a quiet night in and a cute balcony overlooking the garden for coffee or breakfast. We appreciated its laundry facilities and supplies provided. Everything for a special stay in amazing Florence slightly out from the bustle and crowds.

This is the most beautiful apartment, in a quiet residential area of Firenze. Its location is close to the city centre, but also far enough away that it’s calm and where the locals live. The apartment is well setup, clean and tidy, with all the things you’d need for a longer stay including washing machine etc.

Couldn’t fault it. A great choice for your stay in Firenze.

The neighbourhood was so pretty and quite.. I thoroughly enjoyed the walk to and from main area as the smell of the jasmine always made me smile by the apartment.. local amenities close by as well as a taxi rank.. We walked daily into the main area, this takes about 15 min at a good pace.. there are a few shops to look at along the way.. Lorenzo was a great source of information and avaliable when needed.. Overall we had a fabulous 👌 week in florence 💕🇮🇹

It was a pleasant stay with a very helpful host, a quiet location, and convenient amenities.

The host was very responsive and supportive throughout our stay, which made things much easier. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the nice backyard space. The kitchen was well-stocked with many complimentary items, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the convenience.

The bed sheet was a bit too small and needed constant adjustment each day, which was inconvenient. In one of the rooms, I wasn't confident that the bed sheet was fully clean—though that might have been due to the lighting. Additionally, the type of blanket provided made it difficult to properly cover it with the sheet, which affected overall comfort. Additionally, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or door, so water easily splashed into the toilet area, which made it hard to keep the floor dry.

A wonderfully relaxing chilled out experience while visting a busy city

the apartment was in a lovely area surronded by beautiful green trees and beautiful old houses with walled gardens. It felf very safe and and quiet away the busty city, and yet a 20 minute walk and you were in the centre of Florence. They were lovely restarants nearby if you wanted to eat locallly and a bus stop near by if you didn.t want to walk. The host Lorenzo was so nice and accomodating. He was at the end of the phone should we need his help which was re assuring. The apartment itself was just like the pictures, beautifully furnished and lots of space. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. We really enjoyed our time there

A perfect stay in Florence. Our host was welcoming and very helpful.

The location for exploring the historical centre of Florence was perfect. It combined tranquility and accessibility. Access to a small garden added to our enjoyment. We eat long relaxing suppers outside enjoying the late sunshine.

Unfortunately guests in the apartment above were noisy. They seemed to spend a lot of time rearranging the furniture!

A nice experience in Florence!

It has two big bedrooms and a lovely garden, where we drank coffee in the morning and some wine in the evening. It is very close to Porta Romana, the entrance in the old city. It was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

It has a single bathroom, so it was a little bit uncomfortable for 4 adults on a longer stay.

Beautiful apartment. Perfect location for us.

The host met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information and a map and explained how to get everywhere. We had the ground floor with a little garden lovely! A bottle of wine and basics provided for our stay. Clean and comfortable and a very quiet residential area outside of the busy city centre easy to get to from train station by taxi.

Was a little far out of the main city area great for us but may be a little far out if mobility issues although easy access to the bus stops nearby.

Roomy with nice kitchen, snug and balcony areas. Quiet neighbourhood with good local amenities. A bit of a walk to centre but we like walking. 15 mins walk to ponte vecchiio/ 20 to gallery uffeze. Lorenzo was a great host who gave an excellent welcome and tons of useful information.

Excellent unit and easy to recommend

Located in a posh residential neighbourhood but very close (5 min walk or less) to buses and convenient store. Our handover of keys was very pleasant and a good start to our stay. Spacious unit with 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and even a small garden to use. The host / owner was super helpful, provided many links to recommended eating spots, bars and special locations. We were even provided with a detailed map and personal notes to annotate. On request the host also arranged a taxi on departure. The unit was very clean with good quality aircons.

Check-in was easy with Lorenzo meeting us at the property & providing us with recommendations of restaurants & transport options. Washing machine & a/c worked great, especially in the June heat. Easy to catch the bus into main town with a short walk to the bus stop. Lorenzo was available to be contacted during our stay & assisted us with taxi reservations on our departure.

Lorenzo was an accommodating and friendly host who even assisted us with scheduling a taxi on departure date. Our family of four all slept wonderfully here; beds were very comfortable and the shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful decor, clean, and welcoming host!

We had such a lovely time in Florence in Lorenzo's place! He was a fantastic host - he greeted us after a long journey and kindly introduced us to the local area, gave recommendations and helped us to feel at home in his apartment. The place was very clean, warm, decorated with quirky and cool things, and it had all the things we needed to have a great few days in Florence. The area is quiet and very close there are shops and restaurants, as well as the Roman Gate into the historic city. My partner, in-laws and I were very happy with everything and would love to come back one day. Grazie mille!

There was nothing in particular about the place. But worth noting that the street is a bit hilly, so do not attempt to walk from the station with your luggage because it will be a sore surprise 😅
