The apartment is in an excellent location, in an interesting and less busy neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely little balcony. Niccolo is a wonderful host; very responsive and gave lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat.

Great location that’s walkable to all the sights of Florence but tucked away out of the crowds.
Only suggestion would be a light in the stairwell (very dark at night), and more comfortable pillows.

The apartment, clean and comfortable, good location, Nicco was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Was a pleasure to meet him. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.
