First, Daniele was very responsive and communicated well prior to our coming and during the time that I have questions. The property is very close to Ponte Vecchio and good walking distance to the museums and well as just in the neighborhood of Oltrarno. The space is spacious for 4 people and the cookie welcome is a nice touch. Lots of stairs as usual for an European apartment. Nice AC to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is modern and adequate space for an Italian apartment. If you find this apartment at your price range , grab it!

If you have issues with stairs, not good for you

Did not like that there was no mention of the climb up to the flat - it’s was a struggle to get bags up the ancient 4-5 flights up even though it was second floor . Was damp and dark and the toilet was very narrow , was overall a stuffy apartment . Smelt dusty and there was a problem with the air conditioner . The host was quite worried about his review and rating and not about the guest experience . Would not recommend
