Great veiws and near all the amenities Easy access to public transport so easy to travel
Building site next door Being woken up at 8am every weekday morning by the building works. Dust in the appeartment.. the window and shutters had to be closed permently as the scaffolding was outside the bedroom window Dogs barking next door plus the odd party . Not aproblem for us however 52 steps to the apartment maybe a problem for some . Mould in the utility room No room for hanging clothes as cupboards were full . Only 1 wine glass and 3 glasses. We supplied another 2 wine glasses and left on site

Deux terrasses pour une superbe vue sur Florence, qui nous ont permis de voir de multiples feux d’artifices pour le réveillon. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé pour 4 personnes avec une chambre et un canapé lit. Un carrefour Market juste à côté et deux bus pour aller au centre ville.
Attention, cet appartement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et les étages sont haut !

Localização , itens de louça , máquina de lavar roupa.
Temperatura da casa a 18 graus no inverno, isso significa uma casa fria , solicitei a empresa que gerencia que aumentassem a temperatura, mas não fomos atendidos. O sofá da sala não é uma cama, não tinha lençóis adequados para forrar, apenas travesseiros e um edredom. O chuveiro apesar de novo saia pouca água. Possivelmente há um redutor. Enfim, a temperatura foi o pior item, meu esposo e minha filha passaram frio todos os dias. Escadas, muitas escadas pra chegar no apartamento, não é um apartamento acessível.
